Claims (3)

1. Additionsvernetzende Silikon-Abformmaterialien auf der Basis von Polyorganosiloxanen, die eine hohe Endhärte erreichen und sich besonders als Dentalmaterialien eignen, insbesondere additionsvernetzendes 2- Komponenten-Silikon-Abformmaterial mit folgender Zusammensetzung:
  • a) 1-90 Gew.-%, bevorzugt 5-20 Gew.-% Organopolysiloxane mit zwei terminalen Vinyl-Gruppen
  • b) 1-90 Gew.-%, bevorzugt 5-20 Gew.-% niedermolekulares, Vinyl- und Ethoxy-Gruppen enthaltendes QM-Harz
  • c) 1-10 Gew.-% Organhydrogenpolysiloxane mit mindestens zwei SiH-Gruppen im Molekül
  • d) 0,005-2 Gew.-% bevorzugt 0,01-1 Gew.-% Katalysatoren zur Beschleunigung der Hydrosilylierungsreaktion
  • e) 1-90 Gew.-%, bevorzugt 20-70 Gew.-% nicht verstärkende Füllstoffe
  • f) 0-10 Gew.-% Feuchtigkeitsbinder
  • g) 0-10 Gew.-% weitere Additive und Hilfsmittel
  • h) 0-2 Gew.-% bevorzugt 0,5-1 Gew.-% Farbstoffe
  • i) 0-1 Gew.-% bevorzugt 0-0,1 Gew.-% Inhibitoren.

  • d) 0.005-2% by weight, preferably 0.01-1% by weight, of catalysts for accelerating the hydrosilylation reaction
  • e) 1-90 wt .-%, preferably 20-70 wt .-% non-reinforcing fillers
  • f) 0-10% by weight of moisture binder
  • g) 0-10% by weight of further additives and auxiliaries
  • h) 0-2% by weight, preferably 0.5-1% by weight, of dyes
  • i) 0-1% by weight, preferably 0-0.1% by weight, of inhibitors.
