Abstract

The packaging machine has a support plate (8) mounted between a conveyor belt (2) and a pneumatic conveyor (10). Tubular sheet (4) is fitted over the articles (3) to be wrapped and they are then fed to the plate, where welding unit (9) seals one open end of the tube. The pneumatic conveyor then passes them to a second welding unit (11) which seals the opposite end and cuts off the package from the tube.

Claims (5)

1. Schlauchbeutelverpackungsmaschine mit einer Einrichtung (5) zum Zuführen des Folienhalbschlauches (4) quer zur Transportrichtung des Verpackungsgutes (3), einer Umlenkeinrichtung (6) für den Folienhalbschlauch (4), einem Transportband (2) (Einlaufband) zum Zu- und Einführen des Verpackungsgutes (3) in den Folienhalbschlauch (4) sowie nachfolgenden Schweißeinrichtungen (9, 11) für die Quer- und Längsschweißung des Folienhalbschlauches (4) mit dem darin befindlichen Verpackungsgut (3), gekennzeichnet durch
ein Zwischenblech (8) das in Transportrichtung nach dem Einlaufband (2) angeordnet ist, auf dem das Verpackungsgut (3) auf der Unterfolie des Folienhalbschlauches liegt und von diesem transportiert wird.;
eine Seitenschweißeinrichtung (9) im Bereich des Zwischenbleches (8), welche den Folienhalbschlauch (4) an der offenen Seite verschließt;
eine Einrichtung (10) für den Weitertransport des Folienhalbschlauches (4) mit dem darin befindlichen Verpackungsgut (3) derart, dass der Folienhalbschlauch (4) auch quer zur Transportrichtung fixiert ist; und
eine Querschweißeinrichtung (11) nach der Einrichtung (10) für den Weitertransport, welche den Folienhalbschlauch (4) quer zur Transportrichtung versiegelt und trennt.

a cross seal device ( 11 ) after the device ( 10 ) for further transport, which seals and separates the film half tube ( 4 ) transversely to the transport direction.
