Abstract

A clamping means for work pieces on a processing station has a simple layout with a support block sliding in a T-groove and with the clamping arm located onto a horizontal bar via a pivot bar in a profiled slot. The back end of the clamping arm is raised using a threaded adjuster to lock the arm onto one of a number of ratchet profiles in the slot and with the front end of the arm pressing down onto the work piece. The threaded adjuster can also include a clamping wedge. The operating height of the clamping arm is adjusted by pushing the pivot bar into one of a number of holes set at different heights.

Claims (1)

Kraftspannvorrichtung zum festspannen von Metallteilen auf Maschinen - oder sonstigen Tischen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, das
  • 1. in einem profilierten Grundkörper (1) eine längsseitig einge­ arbeitete T-Nut einen darin längsverstellbaren Sockel (2) aufnimmt, wo zwei oder mehrere vertikale Bohrungen (5) so angeordnet sind, das ein Spannhebel (3) mittels Bolzen dadurch höhenverstellbar ist und das dieser Spannhebel (3) in seiner Längsachse einen Schlitz (6)mit halbrunden Aus­ buchtungen (7) oder Bohrungen zur Aufnahme des Bolzen eingebracht ist, damit der Spannhebel (3) mittels Stellschraube (4) verschiedene Drücke auf das Werkstück ausüben kann.
  • 2. Kraftspannvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 dadurch gekenn­ zeichnet, das statt der Stellschraube (4) ein Keil (8), welcher mittels Schraube (10) im Gewinde (9) geführt ist, den Druck auf den mit einer Schräge versehenen Spannhebel (11) aus­ übt.
  • 3. Kraftspannvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 und 2 dadurch ge­ kennzeichnet, das der Spannhebel (11) in seiner Längsachse mehrere Bohrungen aufweisen kann, damit eine der Spanndruck veränderbar ist.
