Claims (9)

1. Kupplung zum schnellen Verbindung bzw. Anschließen von flexiblen oder starren Schlauch- bzw. Rohrlei­ tungen zur Förderung von insbesondere aggressiven Fluiden, bestehend aus einem Female-Kupplungsteil (1) mit zumindest einem Handgriff (27) und einem in dieses einsetzbaren Male-Kupplungsteil (2) mit jeweils einem Leitungsanschluss (6), welche über einen Bajonettverschluss miteinander verbindbar sind, wobei im Female-Kupplungsteil (1) durch Ver­ bindung mit dem Male-Kupplungsteil (3) ein Ver­ schlussventil (13) mit Ventilschaft (16) und Füh­ rungselement (19) mittels wenigstens einer im Ven­ tilsitz des Female-Kupplungsteils (1) ausgebilde­ ten Stellkurve (14) axial verschiebbar ist, da­ durch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bajonettverschluss aus mindestens einem innenumfangsseitig am Female- Kupplungsteil (1) gelagerten Bundbolzen (23) und einer außenumfangsseitig am Male-Kupplungsteil (3) ausgebildeten, eine geringfügige Steigung aufwei­ senden Ringnut (29) besteht und dass am rückwärti­ gen Ende des Verschlussventils (13) eine Druckre­ geleinrichtung (20) ausgebildet ist.
2. Kupplung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der mindestens eine Bundbolzen (23) vorzugs­ weise nadelgelagert im Female-Kupplungsteil (1) ausgebildet ist.
3. Kupplung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekenn­ zeichnet, dass der mindestens eine Bundbolzen (23) an seinem zur Ringnut (29) des Male-Kupplungsteils (3) gerichteten Ende angerundet und dazu korres­ pondieren die Querschnittsform der Ringnut (29) angepasst ist.
4. Kupplung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das rückwärtige Ende des min­ destens einen Bundbolzens (23) gegen die umgebende Atmosphäre abgedichtet ist.
5. Kupplung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das rückwärtige Ende des mindestens einen Bundbolzens (23) durch ein hochgleitfähiges Kunst­ stoffteil (24) gegen die umgebende Atmosphäre ab­ gedichtet ist.
6. Kupplung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das hochgleitfähige Kunststoffteil (24) am Außenumfang des Female-Kupplungsteils (1) oder am daran befestigten Handgriff (27) angeordnet ist.
7. Kupplung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Ventilsitz (21) mindesten eine Rastnase (22) ausgebildet ist, die in eine dazu korrespondierende Aussparung (30) im Bereich der Ringnut (29) des Male-Kupplungsteils (2) ein­ greift.

Kupplung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Druckregeleinrichtung aus einer Stellschraube (22) besteht, die am freien Ende des Ventilschaftes (16) befestigt ist, wobei mittels der Stellschraube (22) das Führungselement (19) gegen das Verschlussventil (13) festlegbar ist.
9. Kupplung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Führungselement (19) für das Verschlussventil (13) als Flachführungsteil ausgebildet ist, das im Ventilsitz gleitet.
