Solange also der Weihnachtsbaum im Raum aufgestellt bleibt, ist die schlauchförmige Hülle unterhalb des Baumes offen ausgebreitet, so daß jedenfalls ein Großteil der während der Standzeit herabfallenden Nadeln auf diesen ausgebreiteten Teil der Hülle fällt. Nach dem Abschmücken des Baums wird der unterhalb des Baumes liegende Hüllenteil mitsamt der darauf gefallenen Nadeln von unten nach oben über die Äste des Weihnachtsbaumes gezogen und nimmt diesen dann sackartig auf.
