Die Erfindung betrifft eine Transportverpackung zur Aufnahme von Gegenständen (Produkten), insbesondere von Maschinenteilen und Baugruppen. Nach dem Stand der Verpackungstechnik werden die Maschinenteile in eine dreiteilige Verpackung verpackt, diese besteht aus zwei Seitenteilen und einem Ring. Für die industrielle Anwendung und Verarbeitung dieser Güter sind allerdings Verpackungen die aus einem Verpackungsteil bestehen erforderlich.The invention relates to a transport packaging for holding objects (products), in particular machine parts and assemblies. Aus Bestehenden Standards wie Fefco-Code und ECMA-Code sind ähnliche Konstruktionen bereits bekannt, welche aber nicht die individuellen Anforderungen erfüllen. Grundlegendes Problem der im Einsatz befindlichen oder ähnlicher Verpackungslösungen ist, dass die Verpackungen aus mehreren Verpackungsteilen bestehen, welche vor der Befüllung, meist von Hand, aneinander gefügt werden müssen. Diese Art der Anlieferung verursacht einen hohen Personaleinsatz im Bereich des Fügens. Weiterhin verursacht dieser extrem hohe Handlingaufwand eine Reduzierung der Ausbringung an Verpackungen pro Zeiteinheit. Durch den Einsatz einer Mehrteilverpackung sind ebenfalls der Logistikaufwand und die daraus resultierenden Logistikkosten größer. Diese Probleme werden mit den in Schutzanspruch 1 aufgeführten Merkmalen gelöst. Der erfinderische Schritt beruht auf der Kombination mehrerer innovativer Eigenschaftsmerkmale der Verpackung. Die Verpackung besteht aus einem Teil und wird im flachliegendem Zustand beim Abpacker angeliefert. Die Verpackung wird vor Gebrauch aufgerichtet und durch das Einschlagen des Längsseiteneinschlags arretiert. Dadurch entfällt der Arbeitschritt des Verklebens einzelner Teile. Hieraus resultiert ein geringerer Aufwand für das Vorbereiten der Verpackung zur Befüllung. Da die Verpackung vorzugsweise aus recyclingfähigen Packstoffen besteht ist ebenfalls die Zuführung zum Recycling ökologisch sinnvoll. Vorteilhafter Weise ist die Verpackung mit integrierten Handgrifflöchern versehen, welche das Handling, insbesondere bei Maschinenteilen mit größeren Massen, erleichtern. Integrierte Abstandhalter im Bodenbereich stellen sicher, dass sich die Produkte untereinander nicht berühren. Die Transportverpackung, insbesondere zur Aufnahme von Maschinenteilen kann im Verlauf des weiteren Verpackungsprozesses in Umverpackungen gegeben werden. Diese können Einstück- oder auch Mehrstückverpackungen wie zum Beispiel Gitterboxen oder ähnliches sein. Vorzugsweise werden die einzelnen Verpackungsteile aus faserförmigen Packstoffen wie, Karton, Pappe und Wellpappe hergestellt, so dass die oben genannten Vorteile in vollem Umfang genutzt werden können.Similar designs are already known from existing standards such as the Fefco Code and the ECMA Code, but they do not meet the individual requirements.
