Claims (18)

1. Elektrische Preßvorrichtung mit einem Elektromotor (2), einem Übersetzungsgetriebe (8), einem als Gewinderollenschraubtrieb ausgebildeten Spindelantrieb (66), dessen Gewinde­ spindel (14) mit dem Übersetzungsgetriebe (8) verbunden ist und dessen Gewindemutter (16) drehfest und axial verschieblich in einem zylindrischen Gehäuse (22) geführt und mit einem Preßwerkzeug verbunden ist, zur Umwandlung einer Drehbewegung des Elektromotors (2) in eine lineare Bewegung des Preßwerkzeugs, einem Wegsensor (30) zur Ermittlung des zu­ rückgelegten Weges des Preßwerkzeugs und einem Sensor (10) zur Ermittlung der Preßkraft des Preßwerkzeugs, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gewindespindel (14) mittels eines vor­ gespannten Schrägkugellagersatzes (12), dessen erste(s) Schrägkugellager (46) zur Aufnahme von Zugkräften und dessen zweite(s) Schrägkugellager (48) zur Aufnahme von Druckkräften geeignet ist (sind), in dem Gehäuse (22) gelagert ist, wobei die Innenringe der Schrägkugella­ ger mit einer Wellenmutter (52) aneinanderliegend gegen eine Wellenschulter (54) der Ge­ windespindel (14) gespannt sind und die Außenringe der Schrägkugellager (46, 48) mit einer Gehäusemutter (56) aneinanderliegend gegen einen Gehäuseabsatz (58) gespannt sind, so daß i. w. gleich große Zug- oder Druckkräfte axialspielfrei aufnehmbar sind.1.
