Claims (1)

Aktives zahntechnisches Halteelement zur Verbindung von herausnehmbaren Teilprothesen mit festsitzenden Kronen im Zusammenwirken mit einem konfektionierten oder induviduellen Widerlager (8). Das Aktive Halteelement besteht aus einer Patritze (6) und einer Matritze (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7), der Schutzanspruch bezieht sich auf ein Teilelement (Fig. 1), dass durch ein individuelles oder konfektioniertes Teil (Widerlager ( 8) komplettiert wird. Das Widerlager (8) ist Stand der Technik.

dass mittels eines Schwenkarms (5) verbunden mit einer Achse 1 mm (4) eine exzentrische Rolle/Scheibe 2,6 mm × 1 mm (3) gedreht wird. Die exentrische Rolle übt dadurch einen Vorschub aus und entwickelt im Zusammenspiel mit dem Widerlager die Haltekraft; der festsitzende Teil/Krone (Patritze) und der herausnehmbare Teil sind miteinander starr verriegelt. (Fig. 3). Die aufzuwendende Kraft für die Drehbewegung wird durch einen Ring 0,2 mm Stärke 3 mm Umfang (2) und durch die Hebelkraft des Schwenkarmes minimiert. Maßangaben sind Mindestabmessungen.
Die Achse mit dem Schwenkarm und dem Exenter wird in einem Kasten (7) mit entsprechender Aussparung gelagert, der am Rest des Aktiven Halteelementes (Matritze) angegossen Der Innenraum des Kastens ist so gestaltet, dass der Exenter seine Bewegung ausführen und einen konisch geformten angußfähigen Stegstummel als Widerlager (Patritze) aufnehmen kann. Die Fixierung der Achse erfolgt durch einen zweiten Kasten, der mit entsprechender Aussparung über den ersten Kasten (1) geschoben wird. Die Kästen sind in ausbrennbarem Kunststoff gefertigt und können daher mittels Einbetten, Ausbrennen und Gießen in der jeweiligen Prothesenlegierung mit dem individuellen Resthalteelement bzw. mit den Restprothesenteilen verbunden werden.
