Abstract

Apparatus for producing microstructures comprises an injection unit (1), a tool (2) having a cavity (3), and a tempering unit (4) for heating and cooling a part of the tool forming the microstructure and having a generator (5) for producing short waves and a unit (6) for transmitting the short waves. Preferred Features: The generator for producing the short waves is an ultrasound device or a magnetron. A part of the cavity comprises a microstructure. The unit (6) can be cooled using a cooling device (7). A support element (9) is arranged above the microstructure and is a foil or insertion part.

Claims (11)

1. Vorrichtung zum Erzeugen von Mikrostrukturen, die mindestens eine Einspritzeinheit (1), ein Werkzeug (2) mit einer Kavität (3) sowie eine Temperiereinheit (4) zum Erwärmen oder Kühlen von mindestens einem Teil des die Mikrostruktur bildenden Werkzeu­ ges (2) umfasst, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Temperiereinheit (4) einen Generator (5) zur Erzeugung von Kurzwellen und eine Vorrichtung (6) zum Übertragen der Kurz­ wellen umfasst.1.
