Claims (6)

1. Mähgerät (1) mit einem sich von einem Fahrzeug (3) in Betriebsstellung seitlich auswärts erstreckenden Ausleger (5), an dem ein Mähkopf (2) halterbar ist, wobei der Ausleger (5) derart verstellbar ist, daß er in einer ersten Arbeitsstellung einen Bereich zwischen dem Fahrzeug und randseitig stehenden Hindernissen, etwa Leit­ pfosten (15) und/oder Leitplanken, bearbeiten kann und in einer zweiten Arbeits­ stellung hinter die randseitigen Hindernisse greift und dort in einem sogenannten zweiten Schnitt den Schattenbereich der Hindernisse bearbeiten kann, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ausleger (5) zwischen der ersten und der zweiten Ar­ beitsstellung allein durch Bewegung in einer horizontalen Ebene (H) verlagerbar ist.1.
