Claims (12)

1. Befestigungssystem mit Solarpaneelen (14) auf einem Pro­ filschienen (12) aufweisenden Unterbau, in denen Befesti­ gungselemente (10) verankert sind, die jeweils eine obere (28) und eine untere (24), gegeneinander unter Zwischen­ lage eines Flankenbereichs (50) eines Solarpaneels zu dessen Punktbefestigung mit Hilfe eines Gewindeelements (34) verspannbare Klemmplatte sowie jeweils eine Schließ­ mutter (16) aufweisen, mit Hilfe derer die Befestigungs­ elemente (10) hinter Profilschenkelenden (54) der Profil­ schienen (12) verklemmbar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mit den unteren Klemmplatten (24) verbundene elasti­ sche Mittel (46) vorgesehen sind, die bei gelöstem Gewin­ deelement (34) die untere Klemmplatte (24) und die Schließmutter (16) gegen die Profilschenkelenden (54) derart verklemmen, daß ein Verschieben des Befestigungs­ elements (10) in der Profilschiene (12) gegen die Klemm­ kraft auch bei bereits zwischen den Klemmplatten (24, 28) angeordnetem Solarpaneel (14) und/oder ein Ausrichten des Solarpaneels (14) bei reibschlüssig in der Profilschiene (12) gehaltenem Befestigungselement (10) ermöglicht ist.1.
