Claims (4)

1. Vollständig biologisch abbaubare Fasermatte, insbesondere zur Herstellung von Formteilen durch Umformung, die nach Aufbau und Art dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass das thermoplastische Bindemittel (Faser) vollständig biologisch abbaubar ist und einen höchstmöglichen Anteil nachwachsender Rohstoffe aufweist.
2. Fasermatte nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Aufbau in einem Naturfaser- Vlies besteht, welches ein thermoplastisches Bindemittel (Faser) und mindestens eine Lage aus einem Vlies aus Kunststofffasern oder einem alternativen Material enthält.
3. Fasermatte nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Arten der Vlieslagen sein können:
  • - aerodynamisch gelegte Vliese
  • - wasserstrahlverfestigte Vliese
  • - Krempel-/Nadelvliese
4. Fasermatte nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein vollständig biologisch abbaubares Harzsystem mit einem höchstmöglichen Anteil nachwachsender Rohstoffe anstelle des thermoplastischen Bindemittels (Faser) verwendet wird
