Claims (26)

1. Distraktionsgerät für Knochenteile, insbesondere Wirbelkörper, mit einer zwei Halteeinrichtungen umfassenden Distraktionseinrichtung, durch wel­ che der gegenseitige Abstand der Halteeinrichtungen längs eines Distrak­ tionsweges verstellbar ist, und mit einer Verbindungseinrichtung zur Ver­ bindung jeder Halteeinrichtung mit je einer an einem Knochenteil festleg­ baren Knochenplatte, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Knochen­ platte (30, 31) zur verdrehsicheren Verbindung mit dem Knochenteil (32, 33) mindestens zwei an dem Knochenteil (32, 33) festlegbare Halteele­ mente (39, 40) aufweist und daß die Verbindungseinrichtung (7, 8; 35) über ein Drehgelenk verfügt, welches eine Verdrehung der Knochenplatte (30, 31) gegenüber der Halteeinrichtung (2, 3) der Distraktionseinrich­ tung (1) ermöglicht und wahlweise feststellbar ist.1.
