Claims (15)

1. Piezoelektrische Aktoreinrichtung, insbesondere Piezo­ ventil, mit einem Piezo-Biegeelement (4), das bei seiner Be­ tätigung ausgehend von einer Grundstellung entgegen der Kraft von Rückstell-Federmitteln (8) ausgelenkt wird, dadurch ge­ kennzeichnet, dass die Rückstell-Federmittel (8) zumindest partiell eine negative Federrate aufweisen.1.
