Wall element, support device, connecting segment and door element

The invention relates to a wall element for forming a wall consisting of several such wall elements that can be assembled and dismantled, a support device for this purpose, a connecting segment for wall elements and a door element for a wall element.

Previously known wall elements, which are intended for quick and flexible modular assembly and disassembly, are particularly known in the form of construction fences or similar barriers. These are provided with load-bearing, rectangular tube structures to which grids are attached (usually welded). The load-bearing parts usually have feet in the form of tube ends, which are intended to be inserted into recesses in portable concrete or plastic bases filled with sand or water.

The wall elements are then often tied together with pieces of wire, clamps or clips. These are usually no longer reusable after one use and are also a hindrance when dismantling the barriers.

In order for the wall elements to provide a visual protection function in addition to their blocking function, plastic sheets, cardboard or even boards are usually attached irregularly to the grid and the pipe construction using clamps or similar.

Strong gusts of wind or repeated assembly and dismantling usually cause damage to the tarpaulins or boards and their fastenings, causing holes and making the wall elements unwieldy and unsightly.

A particular disadvantage of such combinations for privacy protection is that there is always a slot between the front sides of the EIe-

elements, which makes a completely closed wall impossible.

Another disadvantage of known wall elements is that there is no provision for support to prevent them from tipping over or falling over in gusts of wind, so that stability can no longer be guaranteed when the side walls are covered by tarpaulins.

The use of the known wall elements is particularly difficult if a passage in the form of a door is to be provided. In this case, custom-made constructions are often used which are time-consuming to produce and therefore expensive, with sheet metal doors being inserted into provisionally connected door frames which are not intended for a closed connection with the wall elements.

The object of the invention is therefore to provide a wall element, a support device, a support segment and a door element in which the above-mentioned disadvantages are overcome and in particular a stable privacy screen is made possible.

The object is achieved by a wall element according to claim 1 supporting device.

According to the invention, a wall element is provided for forming a wall consisting of several such wall elements that can be assembled and dismantled, with two large-area side surfaces, an upper and a lower end surface, as well as two side end surfaces, with a closed wall that makes up the essential part of the surface of the wall element, with a frame which in particular supports the wall, the frame being in particular U- or L-shaped in cross section, with at least one plug-in foot for inserting, and thus supporting, the wall element in a receptacle of a particularly portable base, with several connecting elements formed on the frame for

Connection with other wall elements or modules intended for this purpose, particularly in the form of support devices or passageways.

The invention proposes to provide a closed wall surface, which is held and held by a frame. The profiling of the frame in an L- or U-shape gives the wall element the necessary stability. Support is ensured by the plug-in foot(s). For example, cast concrete feet can be used for this, which have recesses corresponding to the plug-in feet, into which the feet are inserted.

A preferred embodiment of the invention provides that the wall is formed by a corrugated sheet, a trapezoidal sheet or by one or more wooden or plastic elements. This design of the wall further improves the stability, resulting in very robust and versatile elements for barrier walls. 20

The frame is advantageously formed by a rectangular, U or L profile, which has holes for the drainage of accumulated water on the part that forms the lower front surface. This design enables a particularly long-lasting wall element, as moisture that collects in the profiles can drain away, which greatly prolongs the corrosion processes. The profiled shapes give the frame additional stability.

An advantageous embodiment of the invention proposes that a hinge for receiving a pin is formed into the frame from the upper and/or on the opposite side on the lower front surface. This allows a pin to engage in the hinge to form a door hinge, with the entire wall element thus forming a pivoting door leaf. The lower hinge can also be formed by receiving the insertion foot.

Following this, in one embodiment of the invention, the mandrel is formed on a connecting part intended for detachable connection to another wall element. Such a connecting part, which can be produced inexpensively, can be easily attached to a wall or other stationary object, so that a stable gate can be created in a very simple and quick manner.

A preferred embodiment of the invention provides that the connecting elements are formed at least partially by hinges or sleeves formed on the frame on the side faces and/or on the side surfaces. Such connecting elements can be welded on or formed from the material of the frame and/or the wall - for example, bent out - thereby forming reliable anchoring elements for fastenings.

Particularly advantageously, the connecting elements are partially formed by hooks formed on the frame on the side faces and/or on the side faces for insertion into the hinges of adjacent wall elements for detachable connection to these. This makes it particularly easy to form wall elements that can be connected to one another without any additional connecting parts or aids. The installation is simplified and accelerated by selecting the connecting elements that match one another.

Following this, the connecting elements are preferably formed by hinges at the wall element end at which the first end face is located, and by hooks at the other wall element end at which the second end face is located.

device has an elongated support with a shape formed at one end, in particular in the form of a hook, for engagement in a connecting element of a wall element.

According to a further aspect of the invention, a connecting segment for connecting wall elements is provided, which has two or more mechanically stable engagement elements, in particular hooks, which are provided for engagement in one or more connecting elements of at least two wall elements, whereby these are detachably connected to one another.

An advantageous embodiment of the invention provides that the connecting segment has a wall piece onto which the engagement elements are formed, wherein the wall piece is shaped such that when the two engagement elements engage with an adjacent wall element, the space between the wall elements is covered, so that a closed wall is formed with the walls and the frame parts of the two wall elements.

According to a further aspect of the invention, a door element is provided for use with one or more wall elements, comprising frame elements and a door leaf to be attached thereto, the frame elements having hooks for engaging the connecting elements of the wall element(s).

A preferred embodiment provides that the frame elements are designed in pairs, such that they have either door hinges or lock or latch devices.

An advantageous further development provides that the frame elements are fixedly connected to one another by composite parts.

Advantageously, the frame elements are designed as a connecting segment for the wall elements, wherein they have wall pieces so that a closed wall is formed when the door is closed and in connection with the wall elements.

Further advantages, special features and expedient developments of the invention emerge from the further subclaims or their subcombinations.

Figure 1 shows a wall element 10 according to the invention for forming a wall 1 consisting of several such wall elements that can be assembled and disassembled (see also Figure 2).

The wall element has two large side surfaces a and b, an upper c and a lower d front surface, as well as two side front surfaces e and f.

The large side surfaces a and b, which make up the majority of the surface of the wall element, are essentially formed by a closed wall 12 which obstructs visibility and provides reliable shielding.

The wall 12 is formed by a trapezoidal sheet 121 which is stable and inexpensive to manufacture and is supported by a frame 11, thereby giving the construction further stability (see also Figure 3).

On the lower end face e on the frame 11, two insertion feet 13 are provided for inserting and thus supporting the wall element in corresponding recesses 31 in bases 30 (see also Figure 2).

The wall element has several connections on the side faces e and f as well as on the side faces a and b of the frame 11.

A hinge 112 for receiving a pin 21 is formed from the upper end face c into the frame 11. This means that the wall element can also be hung as a pivoting door leaf mounted on the hinge. The insertion foot 13a opposite the hinge 112a acts as a second door hinge in a bearing.

It may also be advantageous to provide a hinge corresponding to the hinge 112 on the opposite lower end face d, whereby an insertion foot 13 is not used as part of a pivot bearing, but a mandrel is then inserted into the lower hinge from below.

Figure 2 shows a wall 1 assembled by means of wall elements 10. The wall elements 10 are connected to one another by means of hooks 23, which engage in the hinges 6e and 6f with their insertion extensions (see also Figure 7).

To ensure that the wall is stable, the wall elements with their cylindrical plug-in feet 13 are inserted into corresponding recesses 31 in bases 30. The bases are designed to be transportable like the wall elements, so that they can be transported to and from the wall elements. The bases 30 can be designed very simply as cast concrete elements. They advantageously have two recesses 31, with one plug-in foot being inserted from each of two adjacent wall elements, so that they can no longer be moved away from each other. This makes the wall more stable.

Figure 3 shows a detailed section of the frame 11 and the wall 12 in the form of a trapezoidal sheet 121. The trapezoidal sheet 121 is welded to the frame 11, which is formed by an L-profile, or by means of bolts or similar.

The L-profile also has water drainage holes 14 on its part forming the lower front face d, which prevents water from accumulating in the profile of the frame, which would encourage dirt accumulation and corrosion.

Figure 4 shows a more detailed section of the connecting elements 6a to 6f in the form of hinges (sleeves) provided on the side surfaces a and b (hidden) and the side end surfaces e and f (not shown).

These are intended to accommodate hooks or similar devices by means of which several wall elements can be connected to one another or by means of which the wall element can be universally connected to modules intended for this purpose, in particular in the form of support devices or passageways.

The connecting elements are integrally bent out onto the frame 11. This makes these elements very stable and also particularly inexpensive to manufacture during the manufacture of the frame.

The connecting elements can also be designed as hinges on one side surface of a wall element and as hooks on another side surface for insertion into the corresponding hinges of another adjacent wall element designed in this way for detachable connection to it. This avoids the use of separately designed hooks.

Figure 5 shows a connecting part 20 which has a pin 21 which is intended for releasable engagement in a hinge 112 (see Figure 1) of the wall element, and thus for forming a door hinge. In order to form a stable abutment for the door, fastening elements are provided on the connecting part.

Sets 22 are provided, which can be attached to suitable objects (wall ends or the like).

A support device 40 for a wall element is shown in Figure 6. The support device has an elongated support 41, which has at one end 4a a shape in the form of a hook 42 for engaging in a connecting element (in the example 6a) of the wall element 10. At the other end 4b of the support 41, an eyelet 43 is attached through which the support device can be connected, for example, to the ground by means of a ground nail 44, so that the wall stands securely even under mechanical stress, for example due to gusts of wind.

To improve safety, the hook 42 can also have a securing hole for inserting a securing element, in particular a pin or a split pin, whereby the hook can be secured in its position in the connecting element 6a of the wall element 10, thereby preventing an unintentional release of the support device.

Figure 7 shows a connecting segment in the form of a hook 23 for connecting wall elements, wherein the insertion extensions 23a and 23b are each provided for insertion into connecting elements of two adjacent wall elements.

Figure 8 shows a connecting segment for connecting wall elements to form a closed wall, whereby gaps 15 (see Figure 2) between two adjacent wall elements are also closed to protect against unwanted viewing, thus creating a completely closed wall.

For this purpose, the connecting element has two groups of mechanically stable engagement elements 71a and 71b, each associated with a wall element (these can also be formed alternately by hinges and hooks), which are designed to engage in the connecting elements 6a to

6f of two adjacent wall elements 10. As a result, they are detachably connected to one another. So that no open gap 15 is created - as shown in Figure 2 - the connecting element has a wall piece 73 onto which the engagement elements 71a, 71a are formed, the wall piece 73 being shaped in such a way that when the engagement elements 71a, 71a engage with an adjacent wall element 10, the gap between the wall elements 10 is covered, so that a closed wall is formed with the walls 12 and the frame parts 11 of the two wall elements.

So that a closed wall can also be formed when two adjacent wall elements are to form a corner, the connecting segment 70 can also be designed with a wall piece 73 enclosing an angle, as shown in Figure 9. Various designs with different angles or curves are conceivable here. It is also possible for the wall piece to be divided into two parts by a joint, whereby any angle can be set using the joint.

In Figure 10, a wall element 10 is designed with a passage 50 in the form of a lockable door. If required, a door can easily be introduced into the closed wall by selecting such a wall element.

Figure 11 shows a door element 80 for use with one or more wall elements. It has frame elements 81 and 82, which are designed with a latch device 86 and door hinges 85 for attaching a door leaf 83. The frame elements 81 and 82 each have hooks 84 for engaging the connecting elements 6a to 6df of the wall element(s) 10). Here, too, hinges are possible, provided the wall elements are equipped with hooks.

Furthermore, optional wall pieces 87 and 88 are provided, which again serve to form a closed wall without any possibility of seeing through.

Figure 12 shows a modification of the door element from Figure 11, in which the frame elements 81 and 82 are connected to one another in a fixed manner by means of connecting parts in the form of connecting beams 89. This enables a stable intermediate part between two wall elements, which also serves as a connecting segment for them. The arrangement of the connecting parts is also selected such that the door can only be opened in one direction.

Claims (25)

1. Wall element ( 10 ) for forming a wall ( 1 ) consisting of several such wall elements that can be assembled and dismantled, with two large side surfaces (a, b), an upper (c) and a lower (d) end surface, and two side end surfaces (e, f),
with a closed wall ( 12 ) which forms the essential part of the surface of the wall element, with a frame ( 11 ) which in particular supports the wall, the frame being in particular U- or L-shaped in cross section,
with at least one insertion foot ( 13 ) for inserting, and thus supporting, the wall element in a receptacle ( 31 ) of a particularly portable base ( 30 ),
with several connecting elements ( 6 a to 6 f) formed on the frame ( 11 ) for connection to further wall elements or modules intended therefor, in particular in the form of support devices ( 40 ) or passages ( 50 ). 2. Wall element according to claim 1, characterized in that the wall ( 12 ) is formed by a corrugated sheet, a trapezoidal sheet ( 121 ) or by one or more wooden or plastic elements. 3. Wall element according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the frame ( 11 ) is formed by a rectangular, a U- or an L-profile, which has backwater outlet holes ( 14 ) on its part forming the lower end face (d). 4. Wall element according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that a hinge ( 112 ) for receiving a mandrel ( 21 ) is formed from the upper end face (c) and/or on the opposite side on the lower end face (f) into the frame ( 11 ). 5. Wall element according to claim 4, characterized in that the mandrel ( 21 ) is formed on a connecting part ( 20 ) provided for detachable connection to another wall element. 6. Wall element according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the connecting elements ( 6 a to 6 f) are at least partially formed by hinges or sleeves formed on the frame ( 11 ) on the side end faces (e, f) and/or on the side faces (a, b). 7. Wall element according to claim 6, characterized in that the connecting elements are partially formed by engagement elements, in particular hooks, formed on the frame ( 11 ) on the side end faces (e, f) and/or on the side faces (a, b) for insertion into the hinges ( 6 a to 6 f) of adjacent wall elements for detachable connection to these. 8. Wall element according to claim 7, characterized in that the connecting elements are formed by hinges at the wall element end at which the first end face (e) is located, and by hooks at the other wall element end at which the second end face (f) is located. 9. Wall element according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the connecting elements are formed from the frame or the wall or are formed integrally on the frame or the wall, in particular are cranked out. 10. Wall element according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the at least one insertion foot ( 13 ) has a cylindrical or cuboid-shaped outer shape and runs vertically downwards away from the lower end face (d), wherein it is arranged in spatial proximity to a side face (e or f). 11. Wall element according to claim 10, characterized in that two insertion feet ( 13 ) are provided, which are each arranged in spatial proximity to the side surfaces (e, f) facing away from one another. 12. Wall element according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that a door is provided in the wall element. 13. Support device for a wall element according to one of claims 1 to 12, characterized in that it has an elongated support ( 41 ) with a shape formed at one end ( 4a ), in particular in the form of a hook ( 42 ), for engagement in a connecting element ( 6a to 6f ) of a wall element ( 10 ). 14. Support device according to claim 13, characterized in that the hook ( 42 ) has a securing hole ( 43 ) for inserting a securing element ( 44 ), in particular a pin, in order to prevent an unintentional release of the support device. 15. Support device according to claim 13 or 14, characterized in that it has a securing element, in particular in the form of a spike or a ground nail, or a receptacle ( 43 ) for a securing element to be connected to the ground, in particular a ground nail ( 44 ), at the other end (4b) of the carrier ( 41 ). 16. Connecting segment for connecting wall elements according to one of claims 1 to 12, characterized in that it has two or more mechanically stable engagement elements ( 71 a, 71 b; 23 a, 23 b), in particular hooks, which are provided for engagement in one or more connecting elements ( 6 a to 6 f) of at least two wall elements ( 10 ), whereby these are detachably connected to one another. 17. Connecting segment according to claim 16, characterized in that it has a wall piece ( 73 ) on which the engagement elements ( 71 a, 71 b) are formed, wherein the wall piece ( 73 ) is shaped such that when the two engagement elements ( 71 a, 71 b) engage with an adjacent wall element ( 10 ), the intermediate space ( 15 ) between the wall elements ( 10 ) is covered, so that a closed wall is formed with the walls ( 12 ) and the frame parts ( 11 ) of the two wall elements. 18. Connecting segment according to claim 17, characterized in that the wall piece ( 73 ) is divided into two parts by a joint, whereby the two partial wall pieces can have an adjustable angle to each other. 19. Door element ( 80 ) for use with one or more wall elements, in particular according to one of claims 1 to 12, characterized in that it has frame elements ( 81 , 82 ) and a door leaf ( 83 ) to be attached thereto, wherein the frame elements have engagement elements, in particular in the form of hooks ( 84 ), for engaging in the connecting elements ( 6a to 6f ) of the wall element(s) ( 10 ). 20. Door element according to claim 21, characterized in that the frame elements ( 81 , 82 ) are designed in pairs such that they have either door hinges ( 85 ) or latch ( 86 ) and/or lock devices. 21. Door element according to claim 19 or 20, characterized in that the frame elements are fixedly connected to one another by composite parts ( 89 ). 22. Door element according to one of claims 19 to 21, characterized in that the frame elements ( 81 , 82 ) are designed as a connecting segment for the wall elements ( 10 ), wherein they have wall pieces ( 87 , 88 ) so that a closed wall is formed when the door is closed and in connection with the wall elements. 23. Wall element according to one of claims 1 to 12, with a door element according to one of claims 19 to 22. 24. Wall element according to one of claims 1 to 12 or 23, with a support device according to one of claims 13 to 15. 25. Wall element according to one of claims 1 to 12 or 23 to 24, with a connecting segment according to one of claims 16 to 18.
