Gas- oder flüssigkeitsgefülltes Kissen, dessen Kissenhülle aus elastomerischem bzw. flexiblem Material besteht und zwei obere bzw. untere, im wesentlichen flache Wand­ bereiche (1) und einen diese verbindenden Umfangswandbereich (2) aufweist, wobei der Umfangswandbereich einen einwärts orientierten trapezartigen Profilquerschnitt mit zwei jeweils mit dem einen bzw. anderen flachen Wandbereich (1) verbundenen schrägen Wandabschnitten (2a) und einem diese verbindenden, zu den flachen Wand­ bereichen (1) etwa senkrecht verlaufenden Wandabschnitt (2b) hat.1.
