Description

Es ist bekannt, dass Speiseeiserzeugnisse klassisch in der Waffel, am Stiel etc. verkauft werden. Des Weiteren wurde ein „Servietten- Ring System“ erfunden, um das tropfende Eis aufzunehmen ( DE202008014932U1 ). Weitere Lösungen waren noch die Eiswaffel in einem konischförmigen Halter zu tragen und das tropfende Eis durch einen überstehenden Rand aufzufangen ( DE69923050T2 und EP0709307A1 ). Außer den genannten Nachweisen gibt es noch einen Halter für Eis am Stiel ( DE29609647U1 ). Diese Lösungen sind in der Praxis allerdings nicht wirklich vorteilhaft aufgrund ihrer Beschaffenheit (siehe vor allem letzten drei Nachweise). Niemand hat Lust unnötig „klobige“ Gegenstände mit sich herumzutragen bis diese wieder zum Einsatz kommen. Außerdem sind die bekannten Erfindungen nicht wirklich nachhaltig. Wie bei anderen Konsumgütern sind sie (siehe vor allem ersten beiden Nachweise) ein Verbrauchsgegenstand und kein Gebrauchsgegenstand der nachhaltig nach jedem Benutzen wieder verwendet werden kann. Nach dem Konsum würden die bisherigen Lösungen meist einfach weggeworfen werden.
