Description

  1. A) Üblicherweise werden Photovoltaikanlagen entweder „auf Dach“ oder „in Dach“ montiert:
    1. 1. Bei der Aufdachmontage werden die Dachziegel zuerst entfernt, Halterungen auf die hölzerne Unterkonstruktion des Daches fixiert, anschließend die Dachziegel wieder über die Halterungen gelegt und die Photovoltaikpaneelen mittels Montageprofilen an den Halterungen befestigt. Bei dieser Montageart ergeben sich folgende Probleme:
      • • Das Wiederauflegen der Dachziegel auf die (auf die hölzerne Unterkonstruktion montierten) Halterungen verhindert einen Formschluss der Dachziegel, es entstehen zwangsweise Öffnungen, die zu einer Undichtigkeit des Daches führen.
      • • Bei der anschließenden Montage der Montageprofile und der Photovoltaikpaneelen muss das Dach vom Monteur betreten werden, Brüche von wieder aufgelegten Dachziegel können die Folge sein.
      • • Bei nachträglicher Montage einer Photovoltaikanlage auf ein bestehendes Dach müssen bereits durch das Alter defekte Dachziegel ausgetauscht werden, ggf. das Dach komplett neu eingedeckt werden.
    2. 2. Bei der Indachmontage verzichtet man auf die Eindeckung des Daches mittels Dachziegel, die Photovoltaikpaneelen werden mittels eines Schienensystems direkt auf die hölzerne Unterkonstruktion fixiert: Hierbei umschließen die Schienen jede einzelne Photovoltaikpaneele. Bei dieser Montageart ergeben sich folgende Probleme:
      • • Eine absolute Wasserdichtigkeit des Schienensystems ist schwer zu realisieren: Temperaturschwankungen auf dem Dach und Materialermüdung durch UV-Strahlung führen unweigerlich zur Undichtigkeit der Konstruktion.
      • • Den Photovoltaikpaneelen fehlt durch die direkte Montage auf dem Dach Hinterlüftung, d.h. es kommt zum Hitzestau hinter den Paneelen, der Wirkungsgrad der Paneelen wird herabgesetzt.

    • • Nach Entfernung der Dchziegel wird eine aus Metall gefertigte Platte direkt auf den Holzkonstruktion des Daches montiert. Es werden keine Dachziegel mehr auf die Platte gelegt, es ist keine Erneuerung der Dachziegel nötig.
