Helm (H), umfassend:
eine Helmschale (1) sowie eine Kopffixierung (5), welche innerhalb der Helmschale (1) angeordnet ist, wobei die Kopffixierung (5) dazu angepasst ist, am Kopf eines Trägers des Helms (H) anzuliegen,
wobei zwischen der Helmschale (1) und der Kopffixierung (5) ein Freiraum (1a) vorgesehen ist,
einen Ohrschutz (4, 4') auf jeder Seite des Helms, welcher dazu angepasst ist, jeweils ein Ohr des Trägers des Helms (H) abzudecken;
wobei der Ohrschutz (4) auf der einen Seite des Helms (H) mit einem ersten Ohrschutzführungsabschnitt (13a) verbunden ist, und der Ohrschutz (4') auf der anderen Seite des Helms (H) mit einem zweiten Ohrschutzführungsabschnitt (13b) verbunden ist;
wobei in einem ausgeklapptem Zustand die beiden Ohrschütze (4, 4') in einer jeweiligen Aussparung (1b, 1b') der Helmschale (1), welche dazu angepasst ist, ein Ohr des Trägers des Helms (H) auszusparen, positioniert sind, und in einem eingeklapptem Zustand die beiden Ohrschütze (4, 4') innerhalb des Freiraums (1a) zwischen Helmschale (1) und Kopffixierung (5) positioniert sind.

Ein erfindungsgemäßer Helm umfasst: eine Helmschale sowie eine Kopffixierung, welche innerhalb der Helmschale angeordnet ist, wobei die Kopffixierung dazu angepasst ist, am Kopf eines Trägers des Helms anzuliegen. Zwischen der Helmschale und der Kopffixierung ist ein Freiraum vorgesehen. Ferner weist der erfindungsgemäße Helm ein Ohrschutzsystem auf, wobei auf jeder Seite des Helms ein entsprechender Ohrschutz vorgesehen ist. Der jeweilige Ohrschutz ist dazu angepasst, jeweils ein Ohr des Trägers des Helms abzudecken. Der Ohrschutz ist auf der einen Seite des Helms mit einem ersten Ohrschutzführungsabschnitt verbunden, und der Ohrschutz auf der anderen Seite des Helms ist mit einem zweiten Ohrschutzführungsabschnitt verbunden. In einem ausklappten Zustand sind die beiden Ohrschütze in einer jeweiligen Aussparung der Helmschale vorgesehen, welche dazu angepasst ist, ein Ohr des Trägers des Helms auszusparen.
