Handyhüllen kommen häufiger in verschiedenen Formen zum Einsatz. Teils handelt sich um flexible Stoff-oder Silikonhüllen, teils um Hartschalen. Letzteres wird oftmals als ungünstig oder sogar inakzeptabel empfunden, da Handys über das Telefonieren hinaus für eine Vielzahl von Funktionen genutzt werden (E-Mail Client, Navigationsgerät etc.). Der Erfindung liegt das Problem zugrunde, dass Handys insbesondere von jüngeren Menschen regelmäßig in Hosentaschen (sowohl vorne als auch hinten) aufbewahrt und transportiert werden, um dauerhaft erreichbar zu sein, und der Körper daher unmittelbar den Handystrahlen ausgesetzt ist. Evident ist das Problem insbesondere bei Männern, die regelmäßig keine Handtasche mit sich führen und die Handys daher dauerhaft bzw. über einen sehr langen Zeitraum am Tag in der Hosentasche tragen. Durch die unmittelbare Nähe der vorderen Hosentaschen zu den (männlichen) Geschlechtsteilen kann zudem nicht ausgeschlossen werden, dass eine dauerhafte Bestrahlung sich negativ auf die Zeugungsfähigkeit (von Männern) auswirken kann. Die Erfindung bietet den Vorteil gegenüber dem Stand der Technik, dass der Stoß- und Aufprallschutz bisheriger Handy-Cases aus Silikon um einen Strahlenschutz in der Weise ergänzt wird, dass das Case, und damit die Handyrückseite mit einem Schutzstoff versehen wird. Ein gewisser Strahlenschutz kann einfach dadurch erreicht werden, indem der Benutzer die Handyrückseite zum Körper hin ausrichtet. Die Erreichbarkeit des Handys und damit die Funktionsfähigkeit der auf dem Handy laufenden Apps wird indes nicht geschmälert.
