Description
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Zaunsystem. Ferner betrifft die Erfindung ein Lamellenzaunelement hierfür.The invention relates to a fence system. The invention also relates to a lamellar fence element therefor.
There are various slat fence elements or fence systems with a slat fence element for privacy protection or wind protection are known on the market. The lamellar fence element generally has a plurality of lamellas which are horizontally elongated in a longitudinal direction and which are held vertically one above the other between two vertically extending posts spaced apart from one another in the longitudinal direction.

The object of the present invention is therefore to provide an easy-to-assemble and flexibly expandable fence system with a slim design or a small number of parts and a translucent slat fence element for this purpose with good wind and privacy protection properties.
The particular advantage of the invention is that the lamellas can be assembled without tools by being received or inserted at the end into the shape-corresponding recesses of the connection profiles held on the posts. The lamellas can be accommodated in the corresponding shape of the recesses of the connection profiles with little play, so that a clamp connection between the posts can be dispensed with. One Assembly of the lamellar fence element according to the invention is thereby significantly simplified. The lamellar fence element according to the invention can also advantageously be provided with a reduced number of parts and as a compactly packaged, finished and easy-to-assemble kit. It is advantageous for this that the posts and the connection profiles can each be provided as individual parts. This advantageously makes it possible that on the one hand the posts and on the other hand the other components of the lamellar fence element according to the invention are provided separately packaged. The posts can also be manufactured as inexpensive identical components with a closed, stable post cross-section. The remaining long sides of a post of the lamellar fence element according to the invention can function as a mounting surface for a further lamellar fence element or privacy screen element in a fence system. The posts of the lamellar fence element can in principle function as multiple-use corner posts or connecting or central posts of a fence system. In addition, it is possible to align the posts with one another and to connect them to the subsurface or to embed them in a foundation that may need to be hardened, before the connection profiles and the lamellas are mounted on them. These mutually independent assembly steps and the structure of the slat fence element according to the invention with plug-in slats also make it possible to compensate for alignment or manufacturing inaccuracies during assembly at the installation site.
The L-shaped slat cross-section of the slats prevents drafts caused by wind from flowing through the slats unhindered. Drafts flowing through the slats are deflected by means of the L-shaped slat cross section of the slats, so that the slat fence element according to the invention has good wind protection properties. The L-shaped slat cross-section also ensures effective privacy protection with a comparatively high translucency or light penetration between the slats.
According to the lamellar fence element according to the invention, the lamellas can advantageously be designed to be variable in length with regard to their longitudinal extent along the longitudinal direction, without the need to change the posts or the connection profiles.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the slats have a first leg with a first leg length and a second leg with a second leg length, the second leg length being greater than the first leg length. On the side of the second leg, the lamellar fence element according to the invention thus offers effective privacy protection. The shorter first legs ensure a deflection of drafts and give the privacy screen element according to the invention on the side of the first legs an optically light or slim and light-flooded appearance.
The second leg length of the second leg is preferably greater by a factor of 1.5 to 2.5 and preferably by a factor of 2.0 than the first leg length of the first leg. With good wind protection properties, this results in a high translucency or light flow between the lamellae compared to a slat cross section with two legs of the same length.
According to a further development of the invention, an interior angle in the range from 60 ° to 120 ° and preferably 90 ° to 100 ° is spanned between the legs of the slats. The legs are positioned in such a way that they deflect draft air flowing in through the slats and thus form an effective wind barrier, although incident light can pass through the slats with a comparatively high translucency.
According to a further development of the invention, the first leg of the slats is inclined at a first angle of inclination to the vertical and the second leg of the slats is inclined at a second angle of inclination to the vertical. The first angle of inclination is greater than the second angle of inclination and is preferably in a range between 55 ° and 75 °. This inclination of the legs of the slat cross-section with respect to the vertical turns out to be particularly positive with regard to the translucency or light penetration between the slats, with sufficient deflection of drafts and thus effective wind protection being obtained.
According to a further development of the invention, between two adjacent lamellae, between a lower leg end of the second leg of a first lamella and a cutting area in which the legs meet, a second lamella arranged vertically directly below the first lamella is a vertical height offset in the range from 0 mm to 5 mm provided. The vertical height offset only insignificantly reduces the visibility and wind protection properties of the lamellar fence element according to the invention, but significantly increases its translucency.
A stable attachment of the posts to the ground is possible in various ways.
According to a further development of the invention, at least one of the posts has a base plate with through openings for connecting means and in particular for threaded rods or ground anchors at a lower post end facing the subsurface. In this way, the posts can be pegged or anchored to the ground.
Eine hierfür besonders vorteilhafte Länge des Einbettungsabschnitts beträgt 500 mm.According to a further development of the invention, at least one of the posts has an embedding section adjoining the lower post end for embedding in the ground. For a particularly stable and firm hold, the posts are embedded in a foundation made of concrete and preferably in a strip foundation with reinforcement for a particularly safe transfer of line loads due to the weight of the lamellar fence element. For this purpose, the post is preferably extended by the embedding section compared to the embodiment of the post with the base plate. A length of the embedding section which is particularly advantageous for this is 500 mm.
According to a further development of the invention, the posts are designed as square posts with a rectangular post cross-section and preferably with a square post cross-section. In this respect, the posts preferably have four identically formed post longitudinal sides. This advantageously makes it possible to design the posts of the lamellar fence element according to the invention as multiply usable corner posts or central or connecting posts of a fence system expanded by at least one further lamellar fence element or privacy screen element or at least one door.
According to a further development of the invention, the connection profiles have a rectangular profile cross-section. The posts and the connection profiles are therefore preferably adapted to one another with regard to their cross-sectional shape. The components of the lamellar fence element according to the invention thus have an optically coordinated effect.
A profile width of the connection profiles oriented transversely to the longitudinal direction is preferably less than or equal to and preferably equal to a post width of the posts oriented transversely to the longitudinal direction. This results in a visually appealing appearance, with the posts and the connection profiles appearing matched to one another and merging almost seamlessly into one another.
The connection profiles preferably extend from the lower post end facing the subsurface to an upper post end held above the subsurface and are preferably held flush with the upper post end. The visual appearance of the lamellar fence element according to the invention thus has clear, straight-line finishing contours and thus appears straightforward or slim.
The posts and the connection profiles are preferably screwed together. Screw heads are preferably covered by the second leg of the lamellar cross-section of the lamellas. The ends of the lamellas are inserted into the recesses of the connection profiles which correspond to them in shape. A required number of connecting means or screws can thus be kept small and the assembly of the lamellar fence element according to the invention can be simplified.
According to a further development of the invention, at least one swelling tape is provided in the connection profile, which is, for example, mounted in a cooled manner. The swelling tape swells up after the slats have been inserted, so that the slats are fixed or held on the connection profile without play or with little play. Preferably, two strips of the swelling tape can be provided opposite one another on the connection profile, which strips lie against the free leg ends of the legs of the lamellae.
According to a further development of the invention, the components are made of a corrosion-resistant material and preferably made of metal. The posts and the connection profiles are particularly preferably made of stainless steel and the slats are particularly preferably made of aluminum. The lamellar fence element according to the invention can thus have a long service life, since its components are designed to be corrosion-resistant or resistant to the effects of the weather.
To achieve the object, the invention has the features of claim 15. Accordingly, a fence system according to the invention comprises at least a first lamella fence element according to the invention and at least one vertically elongated further post, with a further lamella fence element according to the invention being formed between the further post and a post longitudinal side of a post of the first lamella fence element which is horizontally aligned with and facing the further post or a further privacy screen element or a door is held.
The particular advantage of the invention is that, through the fence system according to the invention, the slat fence element according to the invention is combined with further slat fence elements or with other further privacy protection elements or with at least one door in a wide variety of variants can be expanded. The posts of the lamellar fence element according to the invention can be used as a single lamellar fence element or a single additional privacy screen element or a door, or advantageously as a multiple-use support element in the form of an intermediate post or an additional lamella fence element associated with a further lamellar fence element or a further privacy screen element or a door Be formed corner posts. In particular, transition points of the fence system on an inclined or uneven surface can be bridged with the further privacy screen element.
The further privacy screen element of the fence system according to the invention can be, for example, a glass pane privacy screen element, a metal pane privacy screen element or a gabion.
The posts of the first lamellar fence element according to the invention and the at least one further post are preferably designed as identical parts. As a result, the fence system according to the invention can be produced with a small number of different components that have to be stored.
