Problem and solution of the invention

The object of the invention was to develop a complete terrace kit for an elevated, preferably floating terrace.

This object is achieved according to the invention in a kit for a raised terrace of the type mentioned at the outset in that the kit comprises a terrace floor with at least one support element, in particular a base post and / or a beam.

3) Since all parts are cut to size, no cutting work is required for the assembly work. The kit is designed in such a way that all holes are pre-drilled in which a screw connection is required. In developing the kit according to the invention, the inventor has overcome the following technical difficulties in an unobvious way.

The basic idea of this project was to develop a terrace, which both in terms of its visual appearance (1. the floating terrace) serves the customer benefit (2. "everything included" = modular concept). The problem was solved by resetting the base posts to a level that would guarantee the statics and still create the floating impression. The development of the staircase construction poses a particular challenge.

In addition, high planning tasks were solved so that all components, bores and fasteners are coordinated with one another and delivered as a kit. E.g. With a terrace of 3 x 3 meters, around 500 connecting parts such as screws, washers, etc. are included.

• - dass die Befestigung der Treppenstufen (9) nur am Terrassenboden vorgesehen ist,
• - dass die Farbe des Tragelementes dunkler ist als die Farbe des Terrassenbodens, um den Eindruck der schwebenden Terrasse zu verstärken.

Construction of the kit for a raised terrace
