Abstract

Der Schutzanspruch bezieht sich auf eine Halterung, die mittels eines Uhrenarmbandes am Handgelenk getragen werden kann und die von ihrer Bauart her geeignet ist, Kugeluhren unterschiedlicher Größe am Handgelenk als Armbanduhr zu tragen.
Die Halterung besteht aus zwei Teilen (A und B), jeweils halbrund. Die zwei halbrunden Teile werden gegensätzlich zusammengeführt, so dass sich wieder ein ganzer Kreis ergibt. An den Enden der halbrunden Teile sind Aussparungen (C) angebracht, die jeweils an einer Seite fingerartig ineinandergreifen. Dort sind sie mit einer Bohrung (D) versehen in welche eine Schraube oder Stift eingeführt ist, welche dann auch die Kugel führt. Durch diese bewegliche Halterung kann die Kugeluhr am Handgelenk frei gedreht werden. Bei einer mechanischen Kugeluhr ist so auch mit einer Drehbewegung das Uhrwerk hinten sichtbar.
Jeweils am Ende der Halbkreise befinden sich Einsparungen und Bohrungen (E), die normale Uhrenarmbänder aufnehmen können.
Die Halterungen können aus Holz, Metall, Acrylglas, Glas oder Kunststoff gefertigt werden.
