Abstract

Reusable transport lock for trolleys, characterized in that the opening and closing mechanism consists of Velcro and fleece tapes.

Description

The invention relates to a reusable transport lock for trolleys.

Disposable stretch film is mainly used to secure the boxes or trays stacked on trolleys. This is neither ecologically nor economically sensible. Other transport locks that can be used multiple times (for trolleys) are often not used in practice because they are assessed as too unwieldy or impractical in everyday use.

Technical features:

• 1.) aus einer Plane (1 und 2: A) besteht, die folgenden Ansprüchen zu genügen hat: Sie muß aus einem strapazierfähigem und leicht zu reinigendem, flexiblem Material bestehen, welches zur mehrfachen Verwendung gut geeignet ist, wie z.Bsp. Gewebeplane. 1a) Die Breite der Plane entspricht in etwa der Höhe der Seitengitter des Rollwagens. 1b) Die Länge entspricht dem Umfang eines Rollwagens zuzüglich ca. 30 - 40 cm, so daß sich bei einer Umwicklung ein entsprechend breiter, sich überlappender Bereich ergibt.
• 2.) In diesem Bereich sind auf der (rechten (R)) Vorderseite Flauschbänder (1: C) aufgebracht. Diese können
  • 2.a) sowohl den gesamten Bereich bedecken, was zu erhöhter Stabilität führt, jedoch beim Lösen mehr Kraft erfordert, oder
  • 2.b) in diagonalen Streifen angeordnet sein. Diese Anordnung hat den entscheidenden Vorteil, daß beim Zusammenfügen nicht jeder Klettbandstreifen einzeln angedrückt werden muß, was die Handhabung enorm erleichtert.
  • 2.c) Auf der (linken) Rückseite sind die Klettbänder (2: D) so angebracht, daß sich die Bänder beim Zusammenfügen kreuzen.
  • 2.d) Breite und Abstand der Klett- und Flauschbänder sind so zu wählen, daß sich ein ausgewogenes Verhältnis zwischen der erforderlichen Scheerkraft und der (handhabungsfreundlichen) Zugkraft zum Lösen ausbildet.
• 3.) Des Weiteren sind zwei Halteriemen (B) auf der rechten Rückseite angebracht, (je einer oben & unten) die ebenfalls mit Klett- (Vorderseite) und Flauschband (Rückseite) versehen sind. Diese dienen dazu, der Plane vor dem Umwickeln Halt (einen Ankerpunkt) am Rollgitterwagen zu geben.
• 4.) Im Überlappungsbereich (jeweils vom Seitenrand bis zur gestrichelten Linie, 1 und 2) ist die Plane so zu verstärken (z.Bsp. mit Gitternetzfolie / Gartenhausfolie), daß die Klett- bzw. Flauschbänder nicht durch übermäßige Biegebeanspruchung, oder Knicken vorzeitig verschleißen.

  • 2.c) On the (left) back are the Velcro strips ( 2nd : D ) attached so that the tapes cross when they are put together.
  • 2.d) The width and spacing of the Velcro and fleece tapes are to be selected so that a balanced relationship between the required shear force and the (handling-friendly) pulling force for loosening is formed.
• 3.) There are also two straps ( B ) attached to the right back (one at the top and one at the bottom) which are also provided with Velcro (front) and Velcro (back). These are used to provide the tarpaulin with a stop (an anchor point) on the trolley before it is wrapped.
• 4.) In the overlap area (in each case from the page edge to the dashed line, 1 and 2nd ) the tarpaulin must be strengthened (e.g. with a mesh film / garden house film) so that the Velcro or fleece tapes do not wear out prematurely due to excessive bending or kinking.
