Es kann also durch kinderleichtes Vor- und Zurückdrehen ( .e) der mittigen Scheibe auf einen Blick sofort abgelesen werden, wieviel Milligramm Methadon dann wieviele Milliliter einer 1%-igen oder 0,5%-igen Methadon-Lösung entsprechen (= Äquivalenzdosis), und auch wieviel Milligramm oder Milliliter Polamidon® das entspricht - zur korrekten Dosierung eines Substitutions-Patienten, wenn von einer Substitutions-Substanz direkt auf eine andere umgestellt werden muss (z.B. in Entgiftungskliniken kann beispielsweise sofort abgelesen werden, wieviel ml 1%-iges Methadon z.B. 20 mg Polamidon® entsprechen, usw.)
