Abstract

Der durch uns entwickelte Drehverschluss für Verpackungen ist aus Kunststoff gefertigt und besteht aus nur einem Bauteil.
Die an der Verpackung von außen sichtbare Fläche ist 35mm breit, 11mm hoch, 2mm dick und ist in Form einer Kapsel, bzw. eines Stadions. Auch eine kreisrunde Münzenform oder aber Logos etc. sind möglich.
Nach innen geht mittig von der außen sichtbaren Platte ein 3mm langer Zylinder ab, mit einem Durchmesser von 8mm. Orthogonal zur oberen Platte ist ein mit abgerundeten Ecken ausgeprägtes T-Stück zur Verriegelung der Verpackung angeschlossen.
1. Der Verschluss wird durch die äußere Lasche der Verpackung gedrückt, die Ausstanzung ist genau darauf abgestimmt worden.
2. Durch eine Vierteldrehung des Verschlusses wird die Verpackung verriegelt. Dazu sind Radien, Winkel und weitere Abmessungen geprüft und festgelegt worden, für die ein Schutzanspruch geltend gemacht werden soll.
3. Der Verschluss rastet in der Verschluss-Position in der Verpackung ein. Dieser Schutzanspruch ist ebenfalls in Verbindung mit der Verpackungsentwicklung zu sehen, bzw. mit der für den Verschluss vorgesehenen Öffnung in der Verpackung.
