Description
Conventional fitness equipment often trains only individual muscle groups, this fitness equipment for the deep and half squat trains the body out of the middle of the body and serves to learn holistic and natural movements, so that the person can move healthy and naturally (as a toddler we could in the Sitting squat and getting up easily, many of us sitting in the school and in the office, we have often unlearned) and last but not least, to significantly improve posture, eliminate back problems, especially in the lower back, prevent or relieve. The long back straightener is stretched through the deep squat and is a blessing for the lower back. For skiers, this is also a very good training device, it trains the leg and buttocks muscles as well as the necessary flexibility and balance to skiing and serves as a fall prevention for the elderly and skiers. Trained are, among other things, the deep squat and getting up from the crouch out in the stretch. The impulse comes from the middle of the body, which lies in the pelvic girdle. This natural attitude and movements that fool us the primitive people are trained with this device. In contrast, if a person completes too many isolated exercises and strength training, the artificially bred muscles must be tolerated everywhere, such as: When walking, in everyday life, running, climbing, skiing, hiking, that is very demanding and is not good for the heart and the cardiovascular system. That's why the natural movements are so important, they train the muscles that are actually needed in everyday life and during endurance training. Below I have listed more benefits under "Benefits".
Beschreibung des Gerätes:Description of the device:
The device (see drawing) is stable made of iron, steel, chrome or another stable material. It can be made in different colors, colorful, monochrome, silver or gold colored. Two or more springs (labeled "a" in the drawing) made of gas (a gas spring has the advantage of being able to adjust the weight and exercise intensity of the user thereafter), metal, or other material are used 1 explains and gives the possibility of the squat easier to get back into the stretch and to be able to support the momentum.

At the treads "
Furthermore, it is possible to combine the device with a film, so that z. B. skiing can be simulated with the device. A linked computer control that "controls" impulses to the simulator - and picks up the speed and obstacles you choose, like skiing. It's fun, you can start competitions with someone else who is simulated. A real partner is then not mandatory. It is therefore very varied, since different films can be played at different levels of training.
Nutzen:Use:
Mit der Erfindung wird erreicht:
- 1. Eliminate, prevent or relieve back pain. Disc problems and poor posture can often be relieved and eliminated relatively quickly with these exercises. This is because with the squat and retention position, the muscles of the back is stretched, but also strengthened by the training of the large muscles of the buttocks and thighs, the pelvis is brought into the correct healthy posture and the swinging movements a healthy Musculature is built in the alternation of tension and relaxation that make a feel-good back.
- 2. The deep squat relaxes the lower back and reduces a hollow back, thereby preventing back pain and also the stomach is brought into the correct posture. Thus, it trains a better posture.
- 3. Prepare the next ski holiday well fitness-technically. With this device, the great muscles needed for skiing are trained.
- 4. Training for other endurance sports, such as running, hiking, climbing, cross-country skiing, etc. Endurance sports will be easier to do, because the big muscles of the body are trained, the mobility of the largest human joint is trained and because of the rhythmic alternation of tension and relaxation is trained. The strength comes mainly from the pelvic girdle (middle of the body) and no longer from the arms and legs. The limbs are thereby relieved and the sports are easier for humans.
- 5. Tight buttock and leg muscles.
- 6. A good posture.
- 7. Prevention of poor posture and posture damage.
- 8. Falling prophylaxis for the elderly and skiers. People who are flexible in the hip joint and train the large muscles for swinging up and down the squat, do not hurt so quickly. Slipping and stumbling hazards can be more easily compensated. They feel more stable in everyday life and in sports. And if it ever goes down, the path from the learned squat is not so far. The risk of injury is much lower.
- 9. Holistic attractive body shaping with the 4 organic correct laws of motion according to Rudolf Bode (gymnastics teacher 1881 -1971):
- 1. The movements are trained from the middle of the body.
- 2. The movements are carried out economically (that is with as little muscle power). Relaxed dropping and low muscle power combined with the right technique creates the momentum that is trained with this device.
- 3. The movements are rhythmic in the alternation of tension and relaxation (in nature, the rhythm can be found everywhere, eg ebb and flow, the 4 seasons, day and night etc.).
- 4. The movements bring body and soul in harmony and make fun and joy.
- 10. With the deep squat you always have a seat. Toddlers and primitive peoples make the deep squat.
- 11. The deep squat is suitable for preterm birth for pregnant women. By squatting the pelvic diameter gets bigger and the baby can better "lower" in the pelvis. Also as training for a lighter birth in a squat.
- 12. By repeating the deep squat and extending to the stance, pressure is created on the venous pump in the groin area. In no time, an enormous circulation of the whole body is achieved, which has a positive effect on the cardiovascular system.
- 13. It improves the flexibility of the hip, knee and ankle.
- 14. Trains the pelvic floor.
- 15. Travels through the crouch of the earth (fall prevention for skiers, and older people).
- 16. Hemorrhoid prophylaxis: The end of our digestive tract has a kink at the bottom. By raising the pelvis, as is the case automatically in the deep squat, the chair can emerge more easily. This is also the case with animals, as seen in dogs and cats during their big business.
- 17. Equilibrium training, especially at half squat with arm swings without holding.
Ausführungen der tiefen Hocke und der Bewegungsabläufe: Versions of the deep squat and the movements:
In die tiefe Hocke sitzen:Sit in the deep squat:
Tiefe Hocken (Bewegungsablauf):Deep squatting (movement sequence):
Halbe Hocken (Bewegungsablauf):Half squats (movement sequence):
Here, the same prerequisite as for "deep squats" is important (see previous paragraph). The movement is identical with one exception. Instead of dropping into the deep squat, the soft interception at half-height is the challenge. Here, the buttocks and leg muscles are very heavily stressed. Ideal as a skiing training. This exercise can also be wonderfully combined with the deep squat. For skiers: to appreciate the turns of the upcoming downhill and to train this number of turns as a benchmark for the number of deep squats in a row. It is important to start with a small number of deep squats and then increase slowly.
Halbe Hocken mit Armschwüngen (Bewegungsablauf):Half squats with arm swings (movement sequence):
Again, the prerequisite and the movement are identical as in the half squat. The retaining bar "b" is folded halfway forward. With every downswing, the arm, which does not hold fast, can now be swung forwards or backwards, or a whole circle next to the body can be swung. It is important to drop the arm here long and completely relaxed. The hull vibration should flow harmoniously with the arms. Due to the momentum, the arm returns by itself to be able to drop the arm again. This results in economic movements with as little muscle power as possible (see the 4 laws under Benefit Point 9). After several swings, change the arm.
Halbe Hocken mit Armschwüngen ohne Festhalten (Bewegungsablauf):Half squats with arm swings without holding (sequence of movements):
Prerequisites as in half squats with arm swings. The movements are identical as in half squats with arm swings. Now both sides of the retaining bar "b" are folded forward and both arms can now swing freely. These exercises are only available for advanced students. First of all, all previous movements and the deep squat must be relaxed and effortless while seated. In arm swinging, both arms can swing back and forth in parallel, swinging back and forth against each other, and circles in front of and beside the body. The movements are carried out in a harmonious alternation of tension and relaxation. For skiers: to appreciate the turns of the upcoming downhill and to train this number of turns as a benchmark for the number of deep squats in a row. It is important to start with a small number of deep squats and then increase slowly.
Halbe Hocken abwechselnd mit einem Bein (Bewegungsablauf):Half squats alternately with one leg (sequence of movements):
