  1. 1) Das einzelne Sportgerät erhält je nach gewünschtem Leuchtbereich, jeweils im rechten und linken, vorderen und hinteren Außenbereich die für die Integration der LED und Laserfasern gerecht breite Nuten im Belag (Schneeseite) und Oberfläche.
  2. 2) Nach Entgratung und Entfettung wird die gesamte Ausfräsung mit einer Schicht aus Epoxy-Gel-Coat beschichtet und die Flexbereiche Faser verstärkt.
  3. 3) Nach Aushärtung werden Kanäle zur späteren Versorgung der LED und Laser-Lichtfaser Anschlüsse von der Nut zur Oberseite gebohrt und die Kanäle flexibel ausgekleidet.
  4. 4) Die LED werden für jede Nut/Schlitzung zusammengeführt, so dass alle Anschlüsse vollständig verbunden werden können (LED-Box)

  7. 7) Die LED und Laser-Box wird mit dem Akku und RC-Einheit zur einfachen oder RGB-Ansteuerung in das Sportgerät integriert. Zusätzlich kann das Sportgerät mit dem Sportler und einem extern mitgeführten Akku und RC-Empfangseinheit zur Anwendungserweiterung verbunden werden.
  8. 8) Die Sende-/Fernbedienung kann über Mehrkanal die Sportgeräte einer ganzen Gruppe von Sportgeräten gemäß der Programmierung individuell oder auch synchron steuern.
