Description
Technischer BereichTechnical part
The technical solution concerns full modules of a system of lightly mounted partitions, intended primarily for office buildings, hotels, schools, industrial buildings, exhibition buildings (galleries, fairs) or for private buildings.
Bisheriger Stand der TechnikPrevious state of the art
As a partition in the construction sector is generally understood a vertical, usually not supporting separation construction whose main function is the subdivision of areas with different functions in buildings, in office buildings especially the delineation of working and community areas or of individual work areas with each other. In addition to the subdivision function partitions have to fulfill other tasks, which mainly concern the airborne sound insulation, the fire resistance and the fire properties of the materials used as well as their strength and stability. In particular, the users are subject to design, transparency, translucency, health and safety requirements from the point of view of the protection of persons and assets. The panels of lightly mounted partitions are made of different materials. Plasterboard or gypsum fiberboards or boards based on wood, cement, metal or sandwich constructions of these materials are most commonly used. Transparent fillings usually use glass. The assembly of the filling in the partition takes place either directly on the support structure or indirectly using additional auxiliary elements. As methods of direct assembly, we consider anchoring the filling by gluing or screwing, with the screws passing through the material of the filling into the supporting structure of the partition wall, which is usually formed by a grate of squared lumber or bevelled metal profiles. The solutions mentioned are mostly no longer dismantled, so that when disassembling the partition, the filling is irreversibly damaged. In the so-called. Indirect mounting this disadvantage usually does not, so that the filling can be used repeatedly in the construction. Therefore, we can speak in this case of convertible partitions. There are many techniques for the indirect installation of the fillings. Most commonly used is a profile in the shape of the Greek letter Omega, which, by its shape, allows the filling to be fixed to the supporting element of the structure, the filling being pressed onto the supporting profile by means of screws. Also widely used is the CLICK system, in which the filling is provided with clips that engage in grooves in the construction of the support grid. Due to the elasticity of one of the materials used (on the supporting grid or on the filling), a stable connection is achieved. A very common method for anchoring the filling is its suspension on a support grid. The fillings are provided with hooks of different shape and size and of different materials, some of which allow a subsequent adjustment of the position of the filling. These hooks snap into openings in the usually pre-perforated supporting grates of the partition.
- - The direct mounting usually does not allow repeated use of the fillings and thus the entire partition.
- - The above methods of indirect installation require a lot of preparation work before installation, which can lead to errors due to the human factor.
- - The methods of indirect assembly use a variety of components, making their use difficult.
- - The omega profile method leaves many design elements visible, often incompatible with design requirements.
- - All of the above installation options are time consuming and require high manual skill in the preparation phase as in the actual assembly.
- - In the above systems, it is not possible to simply use other materials or to realize other wall thicknesses.
Grundlage der technischen LösungBasis of the technical solution
The above-mentioned disadvantages of the previous solutions of partitions of light construction are eliminated by a solution using a flexible pressure lock. The partition wall for interiors (hereafter referred to as "partition wall") consists of juxtaposed and adjoining sections, which constitute the basic assembly unit. This consists of two opposing cladding panels, which are mounted on a frame structure, which consists of a sub-profile and a ceiling profile, these profiles are connected by vertical support profiles. The frame construction is placed on the floor profile and can be adjusted by means of a set screw in the height so that the partition between the floor and the ceiling of the room is clamped. On the frame construction, the trim board is fastened by means of at least four connections made of technical pressure locks. The one functional component of the pressure lock is always on the inside arranged the trim panel, the second, opposite functional component of the snap closure is attached to the vertical support profile. These vertical support profiles are firmly connected to the ceiling profile and the lower profile to the frame construction, which is placed with a vertical adjustment on the solid floor profile. The ceiling profile is firmly connected to the ceiling, the floor profile is firmly connected to the floor of the room. This technical solution allows rapid and repeated assembly and disassembly of the partition and its sections to compensate for unevenness of the floor or ceiling of the room. The elastic gaskets between the profiles and the trim panels guarantee good sound insulation and good draft protection.
