Mit Hilfe der der Sole zugegebenen, pflanzlichen Öle kann die Wirkung des erfindungsgemäßen Mittels in die gewünschte Richtung gelenkt werden. So besitzt Arganöl eine besonders pflegende und heilende Wirkung, die durch Lavendelöl noch verstärkt werden kann. Manukaöl, Kanukaöl und Sandelholzöl können fungizid bzw. antimykotisch sowie antibakteriell und antiviral wirken. Mit Hilfe der erfindungsgemäßen Maßnahmen lässt sich daher ein Mittel für unterschiedliche Einsatzfälle erreichen. Mit dieser bevorzugten Zusammensetzung kann eine besonders stark fungizid bzw. antimykotisch wirkende Flüssigkeit und damit ein besonders gut gegen Nagelpilz oder ähnliches wirkendes Mittel erreicht werden. Je nach gewünschter Indikation kann es auch schon genügen wenn, wie oben schon angedeutet außer Arganöl etc. als Hauptkomponente noch wenigstens ein oder zwei weitere Öle der vorher genannten Art vorgesehen sind, beispielsweise nur Manukaöl etc. und Sandelholzöl etc. oder nur Kanukaöl etc. und Sandelholzöl etc. bzw. Lavendelöl etc..
