Description
Bei der Erfindung handelt es sich um ein Nahrungsmittel aus Weizenkeimöl, Leinöl, Kürbiskernöl und Docosahexaen- und Eicosapentaensäure.The invention is a diet of wheat germ oil, linseed oil, pumpkin seed oil and docosahexaenoic and eicosapentaenoic acid.
Weizenkeimöl, enthält neben der Ölsäure einen hohen Gehalt an natürlichem Vitamin E, aber fast keine Omega-3-Fettsäuren. Kürbiskernöl ist ein sehr aromatisches Speiseöle, welches ebenfalls nur in sehr geringem Maße Omega-3 Fettsäuren enthält. Deshalb sind Weizenkeimöl und Kürbiskernöl keine sichere Quelle für eine ausreichende Versorgung mit der Docosahexaen- und Eicosapentaensäure. Leinöl besteht zum größten Teil aus der Alpha-Linolensäure, welche vom menschlichen Körper nur teilweise über die Eicosapentaensäure in die Docosahexaensäure umgewandelt wird. (
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine in Ihrer Zusammensetzung konstante Ölmischung mit Docosahexaen- und Eicosapentaensäure zu schaffen, welche für eine ausreichende Versorgung des Organismus von Menschen und anderen Säugetieren mit Docosahexaen- und Eicosapentaensäure und Vitamin E geeignet ist.The invention has for its object to provide a constant in their composition oil mixture with Docosahexaen- and eicosapentaenoic acid, which is suitable for an adequate supply of the organism of humans and other mammals with docosahexaene and eicosapentaenoic acid and vitamin E.
