The invention relates to a completely new, mobile device / stick holder for attaching / attaching or storing or storing sticks of all kinds ( 1 ) such as forearm crutches, canes, walking sticks, umbrellas, Nordic walking poles, ski poles, brooms, scrubbers, floor u. The previously known mobile stick holders (they are attached to sticks and not to stationary objects) (prior art) are essentially dependent on particularly suitable for them documents such as horizontally extending closed-cell surfaces, or documents that hang a hanging the stick holder or have to allow. Furthermore, the holding devices with which the previously known stick holder rest on the respective base, immovably connected to the holding system, which clasps the stick and thus they are so far only limited use.

Also, the previously known stick holders - at least in comparison to the newly presented here - much more complicated and complicated in their technical, physical structure / construction and thus more expensive in production and sale.

The hitherto known mobile stick holders usually enclose sticks of different thickness (= outer diameter). However, this ability is often accompanied in practice with the disadvantage that sticks - depending on their weight - slipping after attaching / hanging the stick holder down by the embrace of the relevant stick holder. This then leads to this stick falling to the ground and that means that such stick holders are not or only partially usable in daily practice.

It was therefore the task of the inventor to develop a novel, mobile device for safely mounting / attaching / storing sticks of all kinds, as mentioned by way of example at the outset, which in any case does not have the abovementioned disadvantages.

This is completely new with the new development of the mobile stick holder described here, also referred to below as "Robert".

This new development is a novel device or a fastener, which is about a torsion spring in the form of a spiral ( 2 ) corresponds. This spiral is with at least two or more times the stick completely enclosing turns or spirals ( 2.1 - 2.4 ) around the stick. It consists of a very stretchable, resilient, elastic, solid and resistant, non-rusting material, preferably made of stainless steel spring wire. This spiral is designed so that its upper free leg ( 3 ), at right angles (= horizontal) protrudes to the longitudinal axis of the stick. This upper horizontal leg is the support arm ( 3 ) of the stick holder ( 2 ).

The end of this support arm ( 3 ) contains on the underside - releasably connected to the support arm - an adhesive device ( 4 ) or coating with a very non-slip, adaptable to the respective pad flexible material, for example, correspondingly soft, non-slip rubber, silicone or otherwise suitable material.

This adhesive device presented here by way of example ( 4 ) can, but need not, preferably be formed down conflex, as exemplified in the form of a suction cup ( 4 ) as it is used in practice for attaching hooks for washcloths or pot holder to bathroom and / or kitchen walls (= adhesive device) use (prior art).

The advantages of this new development can be seen in the fact that the user 1 ) always in its immediate vicinity, ie within arm's reach, can attach / leave or turn off. To go long ways, the example of a handicapped patient can already consist of only one step to store the stick or walker and pick up there again, is no longer necessary with the new invention presented here.

The stick is attached or hung on the user's place within arm reach and this on almost any surface, be it horizontally, obliquely (up to about 45 °), round, bent, made of wood, metal, plastic, glass, stone, Concrete o. The like. But not on documents warmer than body heat.

This means in practice that a stick so from the presented here novel stick holder ( 2 ) can be hung, attached or placed on almost any surface due to its special, constructive features. As a base enough already a small lead; example board, nail, screw, console, chair back, armchair, table, window sill, toilet paper holder, sink edge, door handle, shelf, sports equipment and much more.

In order to produce the adhesion, other possibilities are given, such as, for example, brush hair-like, small plastic hair close together or the like; with or without small suction cups on the free, open hair ends or foam rubber sheets (prior art)

The aforesaid new adhesive device ( 4 ) has a slightly flexible mounting option - not shown here - on and is fixed, but releasable, again with a bracket, on the support arm described above ( 3 ) of the stick holder ( 2 ) connected.

The carrying arm ( 3 ) is slightly flexible, but firmly on the floor ( 1 ) as described above by the spiral ( 2 ) fixed in such a way that the stick of the support arm ( 3 ) and the aforementioned new adhesive device ( 4 ) can be carried safely. Since the adhesive device ( 4 ) as shown above is flexible, it fits with the stick holder ( 2 ) - also called ROBERT - the respective substrate in a special way, so that the attaching / attaching, setting up or other storage on the respective document requires no special handling and / or effort. Handling requires no prior technical knowledge.
