Abstract

Heimtiernahrung mit Insektenprotein dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in dieser Erfindung daran gedacht ist, um sich vom Stand der Technik abzuheben, neue Eiweißquellen als Tiernahrung zu erschließen. Hierbei kommen Insekten verschiedenster Art zum Einsatz wie z. B. Mehlwürmer, Hausfliegen, Heimchen, Heuschrecken, etc. Diese Insekten würden dann zu einem Insektenproteinpulver verarbeitet. Aus diesem Pulver und in Verbindung mit diesem Pulver und anderer Bestandteile würden dann verschiedenste Trocken und Nassfutter in die Märkte gebracht. Diese Produkte würden dann in Dosen, Aluschalen, Würsten als Nassfutter angeboten und in Beuteln oder Dosen als Trockenfutter. Das erfindungsgemäße Tierfutter wird als pures Insektenprotein angeboten aber auch als Insektenprotein mit Gemüse. Das Pur Produkt ist auch für extreme Allergiker geeignet, da kein Gemüse oder Getreide eingesetzt wird. Konservierungsstoffe werden nicht verwendet. Es ist daran gedacht, Insekten auch im Gefriertrocknungs- und Vakuumtrocknungsverfahren zu bearbeiten und zu verarbeiten, sodass ein langer Frischezustand erhalten bleibt, ohne das es zu einem wesentlichen Mineralstoff und Vitaminverlust kommt. In diesem Verfahren der Gefriertrocknung würde z. B. das reine Insektenproteinpulver bei Verzehr vorher mit Flüssigkeit versetzt und so zum Verzehr bereitgestellt werden können. Dieses Verfahren hat unter anderem den Vorteil, dass im Gefriertrocknungsverfahren das Massevolumen des Insektenproteinpulvers in diesem Zustand kleiner wäre und somit auch in kleinen Gebinden angeboten werden könnte. Bei Zusatz von Flüssigkeit würde sich das Massevolumen auf das gewünschte Maß und in der angestrebten Menge erhöhen. So würden tiergerechte Portionen auf das Tier z. B. nach Gewicht und Tagesbedarf abgestimmt in die Märkte gebracht. Ein weiterer Vorteil des Gefriertrocknungsverfahren bei der Herstellung von Pur Insektenpulver ohne Zusätze, aber auch bei der Herstellung von Insektenpulver mit Zusätzen bzw. sonstigen Beimischungen wie z. B. Süßkartoffeln, Gemüsen und anderen bekannten Beimischungen ist eine wesentlich längere Haltbarkeit des neuen erfindungsgemäßen Tierfutters. Im Rahmen der Verarbeitung ist das Gefriertrocknungsverfahren nur eine genannte aber auch erfindungsgemäße Verarbeitungsmöglichkeit. Alle anderen Möglichkeiten der Verarbeitung zu dem erfindungsgemäßen Tierfutter nach dem Stand der Technik sind auch möglich. Es ist auch möglich, die Sprühtrocknung (auch Zerstäubungstrocknung) als eine Methode zur Haltbarmachung zu verwenden. Dabei wird mittels eines Zerstäubers das zu trocknende Gut in einen Heißgasstrom eingebracht, der es in sehr kurzer Zeit (wenige Sekunden bis Bruchteilen einer Sekunde) zu einem feinen Pulver trocknet und somit haltbar macht. Wie schon beschrieben hat das erfindungsgemäße Tierfutter keinerlei Beimischungen von Konservierungsstoffen, künstlichen Geschmacksverstärkern und auch keine Farbaufheller, sowie sonstige künstliche Zusätze, wie sie bei anderen Tierfuttern Verwendung finden. B. auch bei Reptilien, etc. keine negativen Auswirkungen auf die Gesundheit und das Wohlbefinden der Tiere. Außerdem führt es dazu, dass Mangelerscheinungen gänzlich ausgeschlossen werden können.
