Zum einen entstehen hohe Kosten durch die Aufstellung, Reinigung und Pflege der Standrohre und des Hydranten, zum anderen treten immer wieder hygienische Verunreinigungen auf. Die Montage des Standrohres erfolgt durch den Nutzer. Die Wasserentnahme wird mittels eines Zählers auf dem Hydranten abgebildet und die Auslesung der verbrauchten Mengen erfolgt periodisch durch die Meldung der Zählerstände über bei der Abgabe des Hydranten.The supply of drinking water at events is, according to the German Association of Gas and Water e.
