Abstract
Der Schutz auf den RZT-Zylinder bezieht sich auf folgende, ausschließlich bei unserem RZT-Zylinder realisierte Details: • Die auf einen Aussendurchmesser von mindestens 54,5 mm vergrößerte Laufbuchse eines RZT-Zylinders für Simson M53/M54/M74-Motoren. (Entscheidend ist das kleinste Maß der Laufbuchse im Aussendurchmesser) • Die vergrößerte Arbeitshöhe eines RZT-Zylinders für Simson M53/M54/M74-Motoren auf 45 mm und mehr (entscheidendes Maß ist Unterkante Überström- und Auslasskanäle bis Oberkante Zylinder). • Den vertikal geteilten Auslasskanal („Doppelauslass”) eines RZT-Zylinders für Simson M53/M54/M74-Motoren.The protection for the RZT cylinder is based on the following details, which are only applied to our RZT cylinder: • The bore of an RZT cylinder enlarged to an outer diameter of at least 54.5 mm for Simson M53 / M54 / M74 engines. Description
Geschützt werden soll ein Zylinder für Simson-Motoren der Baureihen M53/M54/M74. Der Zylinder – im Text „RZT-Zylinder” genannt – weist einige technische Änderungen gegenüber dem Originalzylinder mit Zweck eine höhere Motorleistung zu ermöglichen. Im Einzelnen sind das folgende Details:
- • Eine auf 55 mm (Aussen)durchmesser vergrößerte Zylinderlaufbuchse um darin Kolben bis 51 mm Durchmesser verbauen zu können (original maximal 46,5 mm). Um eine größere Stabilität des Zylinders sowie eine bessere Wärmeableitung zu ermöglichen ist dabei die Laufbuchse in den Kühlkörper nicht nachträglich eingeschrumpft sondern umgossen, die Laufbuchse dient während der Produktion des RZT-Zylinders als innerer Gusskern. Zeichnung 1, Detail A. - • Eine größere Arbeitshöhe des RZT-Zylinders um Kurbelwellen zu verbauen die einen größeren Hub als 44 mm (Originalmaß) aufweisen. Maßlich entscheidend ist hierfür das Maß von der Unterkante der Überströmkanäle (a) und Auslasskanal (b) bis zur Oberkante des RZT-Zylinders. Dieses Maß gibt den sinnvoll zu benutzenden Maximalhub an und beträgt beim Originalzylinder 44 mm. Bei dem zu schützenden RZT-Zylinder liegt dieses Maß bei über 45 mm. Siehe dazu
Zeichnung 2, Detail B. - • Einen vertikal geteilten Auslasskanal („Doppelauslass”) um einen größeren Querschnitt des Auslasskanals zu ermöglichen. Der Auslasskanal verfügt über einen vertikalen Steg in der Laufbuchse, der sich im dahinterliegenden Kühlkörper durch angegossenes Alumimiummaterial fortsetzt. Siehe dazu

drawing 1, detail A. - • Install a larger working height of the RZT cylinder around crankshafts that have a stroke greater than 44 mm (original dimension). The measure of the lower edge of the overflow channels (a) and outlet channel (b) up to the upper edge of the RZT cylinder is decisively decisive for this. This dimension indicates the useful maximum stroke and is 44 mm for the original cylinder. For the RZT cylinder to be protected, this dimension is over 45 mm. See
drawing 2, detail B. - • A vertically divided outlet channel ("double outlet") to allow a larger cross-section of the outlet channel. The outlet channel has a vertical web in the bushing, which continues in the underlying heat sink by cast aluminum material. See
