Diese können neben einer Ausführung in lackierter Form auch in einer Pulverbeschichtung ausgeführt werden. Dabei sind insbesondere Mineralwerkstoffe in puristischem Weiß oder Schwarz von großer Bedeutung. Es können elegante Abstufungen in den Farbtönen vorgenommen werden. Diese Abstufungen im Design können von Grau bis ins Schwarzspektrum gehen. Dunkle Brauntöne oder Beigefarben erzeugen ein warmes Ambiente. Mit der farbigen Ausführung der Antriebsschienen lassen sich dezente Farbakzente setzen.
