Object of the present invention is to reduce the pressure in men in the perineal area and / or in women in the region of the pubic bone and relieve pressure points, as well as to increase the comfort and flexibility, but without resorting to the previously known approaches.

For this purpose, several thousand persons of all ages and both sexes were measured accurately, in particular, the distance of the sit bones was measured by means of a specially developed measurement method. It was found that the seatbone distance can be between 6 cm and 17 cm regardless of gender, height and body weight. Another factor is the height of the pubic arch, from which the angle calculates, in which the pubic bones converge to the pubic arch depending on the seatbone distance.
