Abstract

Scheren bestehen aus zwei Schneiden die kreuzweise übereinanderliegen und über eine Achse verbunden werden. Scheren vorzugsweise für schwere Arbeiten haben üblicherweise eine Rückstellfeder die die Schere automatisch öffnet das hat zur Folge dass die Schere um sie platzsparend verstauen zu können entgegen der Federkraft verriegelt werden muss. Diese Scheren kommen in der Küche zum Einsatz als Geflügel- oder Bratenschere sowie als Kräuterscheren oder Allzweckscheren, aber auch im Garten als Rosenschere oder Heckenschere. Diese Ausführungen verschmutzen z. B. bei Geflügelscheren sehr schnell. Oft ist die Verriegelung so angebracht dass die andere Hand gebraucht wird um die Schere zu verschließen wodurch auch die zweite Hand mit Schmutz in Berührung kommt. Um so eine Schere rückstandslos reinigen zu können ist es sinnvoll die Schere mit wenig Aufwand zerlegen zu können dabei können Teile verlierbar sein und/oder der Einsatz von Werkzeug notwendig werden. Die Erfindung betrifft eine Schere bei welcher die beiden Scherenhälften mittels eines bolzenförmigen Verbindungselements das in dem Drehzentrum der Schere liegt verbunden wird und darüber verriegelbar ist. Eine Schere dieser Art ist aus DE 40 14 269 bekannt. Zur Verriegelung dieser Schere wird ein axial verschiebbar in einer Scherenhälfte gelagerter Zapfen mit angebrachtem Sperrelement durch Drücken auf den Zapfen in ein in der anderen Scherenhälfte liegender Verriegelungsaussparung geschoben und dadurch die beiden Scherenhälften miteinander verriegelt werden. Das Verriegelungselement ist dabei in einer hohlnietartigen Gleitführung gelagert die fest mit einer Scherenhälfte verbunden ist. Diese Ausführung einer Scherenverriegelung ist nicht geeignet bei Scheren die leicht zerlegbar sein sollen da die Verriegelungselemente nicht ohne spezielles Werkzeug gelöst werden können.Scissors consist of two cutting edges, which are crossed over one another and connected by an axle.
