Description

At open-air events, construction fence elements are commonly used to isolate the event area and prevent unwanted access. It is mandatory that the event areas are equipped with emergency exits, depending in number and width on the number of visitors to the event space. As a rule, scaffolding elements are used as emergency exit doors, which are single-winged (about 3.50 m) or double-lipped (about 7.00 m). In addition, depending on the nature of the site setting up the emergency exits is often difficult because the surface can be unpaved and / or uneven. Thus, the pivotally designed emergency exit elements are often unstable due to the one-sided attachment to the hinge side, which can lead to wind especially in case that they can open themselves in the wrong direction or obliquely. Since emergency exits can not be locked without an emergency opening function, emergency exits are often staffed to prevent unauthorized use. For this purpose (safety) items are usually set up. Depending on the size and duration of the event, this is costly for the organizer.

The protection specified in claim 1 invention is based on the problem of providing a mechanical lock that fixes the emergency exit wing of a barrier built by construction fences and opens at risk by mechanical pressure.

This problem is solved with the features listed in the protection claim 1.

With the invention it is achieved that the provided emergency exit wing can be fixed with the lock, so that they are always in the correct state. Since the lock has a predetermined breaking point, an easy opening in an emergency is possible. Furthermore, the pressure barrier prevents the emergency exit opening in the wrong direction. A guard is only necessary in exceptional cases.

The invention ( 1 ) consists of two connected brackets ( 2 ), with which the wings of the emergency exit can be mechanically fixed. In order to meet the requirements of a locking system for emergency exits, the clamp with a predetermined breaking point ( 1 ), which, when pressed from the inside against the door ( 4 ) and thus enables easy opening according to the specifications for emergency exit doors ( 2 ).

Next is the clip with a device ( 3 ), which prevents the same pressure from the outside against the wing also to break the predetermined breaking point ( 5 ), but a much higher pressure is necessary ( 3 ).

Advantages are, on the one hand, that the emergency exit wings in the construction fence are always set correctly by the fixation and therefore the function is given. On the other hand, too easy an opening especially from the outside or in the wrong direction is avoided. Another advantage is the exclusively mechanical design made of a weather-resistant material, which allows a function even in adverse weather conditions.
