Description

The following illustrations and descriptions contain further developments and technical novelties compared to the farrowing table provided with utility model protection No. 202011106541.7 and to other farrowing systems.

The disadvantage of the farrowing table provided with utility model protection is the short tube suspension. There, the hanger ear protrudes too far into the movement space of the sow. In the novelty, the attachment for the tray rocker is attached to the side of the short tube. In the utility model protected construction, the stud connector is inserted from the inside of the stable. This is now mirrored. The bolt stop is now given by means of a transversely welded flat iron. This will make the new short tube 11 cm shorter, which will fully benefit the movement space of the sow. On the wall side, the hinge retainer for the piglet rest cover is supported by an angle frame welded to the mounting flat bar and floor angle iron. Thus, the pylon carrier becomes a completely new combination of pylon carrier and piglet nest cover.

At the niche control there was an innovation related to the utility model protected design. There, the pressure transfer pendulum mounted on the deflection point was longer than the left and right scoured force transmission linkage. Now all three niche control flat irons are equal in hole spacing. This reduces the accuracy margin on the mirror-inverted pressure-receiving side.
