Abstract

Der Schneidbrettwagen besteht aus V2A-Stahl. Er hat 4 Räder aus Kunststoff, die vorderen sind starr und die hinteren sind beweglich. Das Rad hinten rechts hat eine Stoppfunktion. Maße: Er ist 100 cm lang, 42 cm breit und 70 cm tief. Auslaufhahn (Kugelhahn 1'') vorne. Der Wagen hat 6 Fächer in die man je 1 Schneidbrett (Kunststoff) hinein stellen kann. Zur Stabilisierung gibt es 4 Verstrebungen über die Breite von 42 cm.

Description

  • Der Schneidbrettwagen (Schneidbrett-Trolley) dient sowohl zur Aufbewahrung, als auch zur Reinigung und Desinfektion von Kunststoff-Schneidbrettern. Die Schneidbretter werden senkrecht hineingestellt. So lassen sie sich mit einem Hochdruckreiniger abspritzen. Das Wasser kann unten ablaufen. Von Zeit zu Zeit, ca. alle 4 Wochen kann man die Schneidbretter von Eiweiß und Kalk befreien, indem man den Auslaufhahnen schließt und den Wagen mit Wasser befüllt. Zum Wasser gibt man 3% von unserem Schneidbrettreiniger dazu und lässt die Bretter über Nacht im Wasser. Danach sind die Bretter gereinigt und desinfiziert.
