Auch bei der Übertragung von hohen Gewichten im Bereich voluminöser Oberschenkel bleibt der Rahmen stabil. Die Aufnahme für die konische Polyamidlanzette ist in doppelseitigen Rundführungen exakt gelagert. Die Lanzette selbst wird mittels Prismenblock und eingelassener Nutenstange genau geführt. Das Gegenlager der Lanzette wird mittels verstellbarer T-Nutenplatte formschlüssig geführt.
