Die Kiste weist einen Deckel auf und ist auf einer Palette angeordnet. Die Kiste ist durch ein biegsames Band, insbesondere ein Textilband gekennzeichnet, das die Seitenteile untereinander, die geteilten Seitenteile miteinander, die Seitenteile mit dem Boden und dem Deckel verbindet. Aufgabe dieser vorliegenden Erfindung ist es, eine Kiste zu schaffen, die stabiler ist und ohne zusätzliche Fixiermittel, wie äußere Anschläge oder im Boden versenkbare Klappen, die die Seitenwände am Boden halten sollen, auskommt und somit die Kiste auch in zeitsparenderer Weise zu fertigen ist. Insbesondere soll hiermit eine, ohne zusätzliche Hilfsmittel, kompakte, fixierte und sich selbst arretierende Kiste im zusammengelegten Zustand geschaffen werden.

1. ( ) Die vier Seitenteile der Kiste (1, 2, 3, 4), die beiden getrennten Seitenteile (3a, 3b und 4a, 4b) und die Klappe (5) im Seitenteil (2) werden mit Kunststofffilmschanieren (6) miteinander verbunden. Der Werkstoff der Seitenteile, sowie des Deckels und Bodens, sind vorzugsweise OSB-Platten, auch Sperr- und Spanholzplatten oder ähnliche Materialien, die üblicherweise zum Versandkistenbau verwendet werden.
2. Diese Kunststofffilmscharniere haben alle dieselben Maße, bis auf die sich variierende Länge, die leicht auf das benötigte Maß geschnitten werden kann. Der wirtschaftliche Vorteil liegt auch in der dadurch kostengünstigen Herstellung der Scharniere, da die Fertigungsmaschine nur auf eine Form eingestellt werden muss. Ferner fallen auch keine Lagerungskosten für verschiedene Arten von Scharnieren an.
3. Durch die Form der Filmscharniere ( ) können die Seitenwände und die Klappe in das Scharnier einfach eingeschoben werden und vorteilhafterweise mit durch beide Materialen geschossenen Klammern sicher fixiert werden.
4. Durch die erhöhte Biegsamkeit der Scharniere in eine Richtung wird der Effekt erzielt, dass sich die Seitenwände, ohne dass etwas demontiert werden muss, ineinander falten lassen. Es ergibt sich ein Gebilde das die Grundfläche einer Seitenwand und die Höhe von 4 Seitenwandstärken hat. Dieses wird in den Boden gelegt und der Deckel daraufgesetzt. Durch Stapeln der so zusammengelegten Kisten, hält die Belastung von oben die Deckel und Böden der unteren Kisten zusammen.
5. Der Aufsatzrahmen ( ) wird im Bereich (8) auf den Werkstoff des Bodens und des Deckels aufgeschoben und vorzugsweise durch Klammern im Bereich (9) mit dem Werkstoff fix verbunden, sodass der Kopf der Klammer nicht weiter vom Aufsatzrahmen absteht, als die beiden Erhebungen (10), um Verletzungs- und Auszugsgefahren der Klammern zu vermeiden. Gleiches gilt bei den Filmscharnieren ( ) (10). Die Erhebungen dienen am Boden auch als Rutschhemmer. 6. ( ) jeweils an den Ecken des Bodens und des Deckels der Kiste werden Kappen (14) aufgesetzt, die sich mit Ihren beiden Nasen ( + ) (16) in den Aussparungen des Aufsatzrahmens ( ) (15) einclipsen.
