Description
According to known The prior art requires that a manufactured Wickeldrahtfilterkörper one or both sides with a Pipe connector part must be provided by welding, around him in defined lengths of pipe after drilling the well bore to be able to install as a well development trellis. This well construction string usually consists of solid wall and filter tubes. And he has to accordingly have a same connection to him after the incorporate given hydrological and geological requirements as a strand to be able to. These are the full and filter tubes with the same Pipe connection parts provided by welding at both ends. Such a pipe connection part is just as required at a Filter tube, which z. For example, is made of sheet metal and a slot bridge filter equivalent. Before, however, the approach of a pipe connection part the aforementioned filter forms is possible, so far had the transition between the two by means of an interposed welding ring getting produced. A z. Ex. Wickeldrahtfilter was for in a previously known manner, only on both sides with a weld-on to provide. This was usually done by TIG welding; only in this way can the individual puller wires of the winding wire filter body connect wearing with the weld. Only then could the Pipe connector welded to the Anscheißringe become. As a result, four welds fall during Assembling a winding wire filter tube to the well removal filter tube on, on the winding wire body with two welding rings and these each with a pipe connector part.
It Thus, it is an object of the invention to provide a pipe joint which is a push-in joint can, directly with a corresponding counterpart, that firm attached to the ends of a winding wire filter, to allow wherein the end of the winding wire filter is in a defined shortened Winding wire body, the spirally deposited is, ends and vertically protruding ends (pull wires) has, so with a pipe connection part, which is a plug-in socket can be directly and inseparably tightly connected, that the weld ring as mediating transition between the two is superfluous. The manufacturing costs should thereby respect. The saving of working time and material be lowered significantly. Furthermore, the achievable mechanical Tensile loads associated with the invention Welded compound winding wire filters, which of superior to conventional connections.
The The object of the invention is achieved as follows, with respect to the fundamental innovative thought on the protection claim 1 is referenced.
The following Additional information of the inventive teaching are required.
One Wickeldrahtfilter is known to consist of a variety of spiraling around a bundle of pull wires attached winding wires, wherein the winding wires have the cross section of an isosceles triangle. According to the invention ends the welding end of the winding wire filter according to Slope of the attached winding wire on the winding wire body such that free Zugdrahtenden defined length of Winding wire body end seen from a supernatant form. The directly attached here connecting part, z. Eg one Plug-in sleeve, points around one with the protruding Zugdrahtbündel corresponding diameter, wherein the approach of Rohrrverbindungsteils has a mechanically attached paragraph, which is flush at the helically ending and offset winding wire body end attaches. Describe the protruding pull wires while a diameter corresponding to the inner diameter of the pipe connecting part equivalent. According to their free length, they gain their fixed mechanical connection with the inner wall of the pipe connecting part by means of a mechanized press-welded connection their entire on the inner wall, the pipe connecting part adjacent lateral surface.
