Die
Universaltransportkarre besteht aus einem Wagen-Grundgestell (1).The universal transport cart consists of a carriage base frame ( 1 ).
Das
Grundgestell besteht aus einem verschweißten Grundkreuz aus Vierkantrohren
(25 mm Außendurchmesser).
Die Kreuzenden sind nach außen
offen (1A). Das Grundkreuz wird mit Vierkantrohren (25
mm) in Rechteckform geschlossen. Die äußeren Vierkantrohre sind an
den schmalen Seiten des Rechteckträgers offen (1A).
Auf das Grundgestell ist umlaufend mit Stützen aus 20 mm Rechteckrohr
(1) eine Reling geschweißt. Mit Hilfe des Kupplungsgestänges (4),
das auf der Anhängerkupplung
befestigt wird, wird der Grundträger
in Position (1B) auf das Kupplungsgestänge aufgeschoben
und am Ende mit einer Durchgangsschraube gesichert. Als Handwagen
werden die Steckachsen (3C) in die Position (1, A1)
geschoben und mit Sicherungssplinten im Grundgestell gesichert.
Die Räder
(3D) werden in das Vierkantrohr (3C)
geschoben und mit Sicherungssplinten gesichert. Die Deichsel (5) wird
in Position (1, A1) geschoben und mit einer Schraube
durch Grundgestell und Deichsel gesichert. Die Steckachsen können wahlweise
an der schmalen oder breiten Seite des Grundgestells befestigt werden;
ebenso entsprechend die Deichsel an der Schmalseite oder Breitseite
des Grundgestells. Die Räder
können
unterschiedlich hoch eingestellt werden, sodass der Wagen auch an
einem Hang oder mit einem Rad in einer tiefen Fahrspur ohne Kippgefahr
nahezu waagerecht gefahren werden kann. Nach Einschieben nur einer
Steckachse und einem Rad in Position (1, A1) und
durch Einstecken der Deichsel und einem zusätzlichen Karrengestänge (5)
in die Positionen (1A) entsteht aus dem Grundträger eine
