Beim Wärmeaustausch nimmt die Temperatur der frischen Außenluft im Lufteinlasskanal durch den Wärmeaustausch mit dem Luftauslasskanal in Richtung der Luftaustrittsöffnung ab, wodurch ein Einfluss auf die Temperatur im Innenraum vermieden wird, so dass der Energieverbrauch, insbesondere einer Klimaanlage reduziert werden kann.
