Abstract
Description
- 1. Tunnel tents are known from outdoor sports (trekking, camping) and usually consist of (at least one) tent over a tunnel-shaped tent frame. The tent scaffold is usually made of elastic rods that are inserted into guides (channels or hoses) of the tent tunnel so that when bending the elastic rods the tent fabric is arched and tunneled. By fixing the rods on the ground on one longitudinal side and on the ground on the other longitudinal side of the tunnel, the tunnel remains in its shape until the fixation is released.
- 2. Sunscreen films with a UV radiation filtering behavior are known (plant protection, windows). Some of these films consist of a plurality of laminates, which are interconnected by lamination, of mostly unspecific UV and optionally IR filtering behavior.
- 3.1 Points of criticism of the tunnel tents are common overall weight, uncomfortable assembly / disassembly, (wind) stability, weather resistance, tear resistance, visual / privacy protection, simple production with high tolerances and temperature accumulation under sunlight.
- 3.2 Criticisms of the known sunscreen films are their nonspecific and thus as sun protection at most conditionally suitable effect in terms of their UV and IR filter behavior, weather resistance, tear resistance, noise, transparency and especially processability and their connectivity to any devices or materials.
- 4. The object of the aforementioned invention is to create a (at the same time not stretched into the tunnel state as Sonnensegelfläche (Tarp)) tent tunnel for use as a sunscreen and tanning of the mentioned under 1. Description of the type (design and construction), which has advantages over the known tunnel tents according to weight, type of construction, stability, dimensional stability and heat retention behavior and which at the same time the inclusion of a transparent optimized for the purpose sunscreen and tanning foil as a roof - instead of a conventional tent roof tissue material - taking into account the different physical, chemical and in particular thermal properties of all components - serves and a method of preparation and processing. This object to 4 is achieved with the features mentioned in the protection claim.

Sunscreen and tanning films with defined UVA / UVB radiation protection (and possibly + IR radiation reflection effect) are generally a composite of technical films of different physical, chemical and thermal properties, their processability for compounds with other materials (for example: seam connection with tissue leads to perforation and cracking) and partial uptake of high mechanical static and dynamic stress requires that the films must be made up and stabilized at the affected areas. By welding, sewing, gluing, laminating or similar processes are other materials (films or fabrics), preferably on both sides and preferably by welding with thin filaments of polypropylene (preferred expression: spun tile between 20-70 gr / m 2 ) or films of polypropylene (preferred embodiment non-oriented polypropylene between 40-100 μm) by means of continuous or continuous ultrasound processes with a defined structure on anvil or sonotrode (for material application, creation of a defined surface structure and a partial change in the physical properties of the normally biaxially oriented sunscreen and tanning films), Partially with the weld point / surface immediately downstream hold-down -, partially applied, without changing the physical, chemical and thermal properties of the non-stabilized surfaces. In a further embodiment of this preferred method, the affected region to be stabilized is heated in a defined manner before the welding process for reducing shrinkage stresses and for "energy-reduced" and consistently gentle welding, wherein the applied material or also the film to be stabilized is subjected to a prestressing process ( Stretching) and the Ma stored under defined climatic conditions.
