Abstract

The hollow block brickwork with subsequent insulation has the insulating material located in at least one cavity (2,3) of the hollow block brickwork. At least one temporary through-hole (4) which leads from the outside into the cavity is provided in the brickwork for feed of the insulating material. The insulating material can be introduced into the cavity in the brickwork by means of a filling aid (5). The through-hole can be sealed by an acrylic material which corresponds to the color and structure of the external rendering.

Description

The conventional Proceeding to protect a building against excessive energy losses to apply an insulation to the existing masonry or plaster. Different materials such as rock wool, glass wool, Styrofoam etc. used. On this insulation is finally still Protection against weather and environmental factors appropriate, mostly in Form of external plaster, Wood paneling or masonry.

This conventional procedure involves the following problems:
  • 1. Cost-intensive and complex conversion measures that change the appearance of the building.
  • 2. By the subsequent application of an insulation on the building exterior wall replacement of the sills is usually unavoidable.
  • 3. Since insulating materials are sensitive to weather and environmental influences, protection is required, eg exterior plaster or wood paneling.
  • 4. Due to the large-scale insulation, the vapor diffusion is greatly reduced and it can lead to increased mold.
  • 5. In border areas, the application of insulation is only possible with the consent of the neighbor.

Der Zugang zu den Hohlräumen wird durch eine Sondenbohrung geschaffen.at this protection claim 1 to 4 listed hollow body masonry with subsequent insulation / insulation is in an existing hollow brickwork by means of an insertion device an insulating foam in the cavities brought in. Access to the cavities is through a probe hole created.

The advantage of this hollow body masonry according to protection claim 1 to 4 is that a building can be subsequently protected against excessive energy losses without complex conversion measures would be necessary. The appearance of the building remains unchanged. Also, this hollow body masonry is much cheaper than the previous large-scale insulated hollow brickwork without exploiting the internal cavities, since on the one hand no new windowsills must be used and on the other hand, the application of weather protection of the insulation deleted. In addition, the size of the structure does not change as a result of the hollow body masonry insulated according to the invention, which prevents conflicts with the regulation of the boundary development. The problem of greatly limited vapor diffusion and the associated mold growth is overcome with this hollow body masonry. Because in contrast to the conventional method, the subsequent insulation is not applied across the entire surface of the masonry, but only in the cavities of the hollow body stones. Thus, the vapor diffusion through the masonry can take place (see. 1 ). In addition, a sound insulation and solidification of the masonry is achieved with the insulating material, which is introduced into the masonry.

Es zeigt:An embodiment of the hollow body masonry is based on the 1 explained. It shows:

1 Hollow stone with subsequently introduced insulation The hollow body stone 1 has cavities 2 and 3 , With the help of a probe hole is an access 4 to the cavity 2 and or 3 created using an introducer 5 filled with insulating material. Subsequently, the access 6 using acrylic, adjusted in color and structure to the exterior plaster. The always existing vapor diffusion 7 from 8th to 9 remains.
