Die
vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Multifunktions-Armbandgerät (Uhr,
Computer, Handy usw.).
unterbunden. The present invention relates to a multifunction wrist device (watch, computer, mobile phone, etc.). Clocks are known with computer and radio functions with digital or analog display. The market acceptance of wristwatches with computer functions is very low. On the one hand, this is due to its globular appearance, mostly due to the arrangement of input keys. The wristwatch is also regarded as a piece of jewelry (in part prestige object) and is therefore very dependent on the design. The well-known display-type displays (partial / full display) of digital wristwatches are accepted by the market only in combination with sports functions (eg pulse rate meter). Rotary switches for entering data are known from the multimedia sector and car manufacturing (I-Drive, iPod, timers, etc.). A multifunction watch from Tissot uses touch screen as key input. Disadvantage here is the limited number of direct functions by positioning within the rotating bezel. Two-dimensional input control devices, such as joystick and trackball, are installed in the computer area and mobile phones. Computers, mobile phones and rechargeable batteries are getting smaller and smaller and larger and bigger. Televisions and phones are now also known on the wristwatch. The problem arises in the operation with the fingers in the smallest space. Folding / sliding devices for covering or extending a device are already used in pocket watches, calculators and mobile phones. A combination device of wristwatch, telephone and control console is under DE10019166A1 described. Disadvantage of this device is, among other things, that the use of the key input affects the size and design and that the division into two parts with a band connection can cause problems with the cables; regardless of the lateral flexible stiffening, the kinking is only partially and the torsion is not prevented.

der Display (5) – Erweiterung
des Armbandgerätes
(1, 0). Durch das Aufklappen (z.B. Taschenuhrenprinzip) des
Anzeigekörpers
(5) wird die Anzeige-/Bedienungsfläche (5b, 5c)
erweitert. Dabei kann die Vorderseite des Anzeigekörpers (5)
eine autonome analoge Uhr/Uhrenanzeige (5.a), die Rückseite
(5b) und Arbeitsfläche
(5c) je ein Display bzw. TFT-Anzeige aufweisen. Denkbar
ist auch das Herausschieben bzw. Herausdrehen des Anzeigekörpers (5)
am Grundgerät
(12) (Zahlen, Alphabet, Funktionen usw.).
2 Shows some design variants of the display ( 5 ) - Extension of the wristband device ( 1 . 0 ). By unfolding (eg pocket watch principle) of the display body ( 5 ), the display / control panel ( 5b . 5c ) expanded. In this case, the front side of the display body ( 5 ) an autonomous analog clock / clock display ( 5.a ), the backside ( 5b ) and desktop ( 5c ) each have a display or TFT display. It is also conceivable to push or unscrew the display body ( 5 ) on the basic device ( 1 ). Another possibility is that the basic body ( 1 ) is rotated around its own axis (front / back). Various variants for a rotary clock are already used. Very flat and small watches, corresponding mono or color displays or solar cells are known in the market and can be used. The appearance, designation and functions of the front of the display body ( 5 ) can from the covered body ( 1 ) (eg mechanical clock and under cover: computer, MP3, USB, etc.). The additional surfaces / body ( 5c . 5b ) can be used for display magnification, arrangement of input keys, to accommodate various devices (eg up clock / down computer, MP3 / chip card or computer / telephone, etc.). When covered, the border area of the control ring ( 2 ) remain free and operable. The arrangement of the input / control ring ( 2 ) is also at the bottom of the body ( 1 ) or in the middle position conceivable. The design is possible as a fully or teilsichtbarer ring in various shapes and widths. The scope of the input / control ring ( 2 ) is divided into equal parts (snap-in positions or key / sensor arrangement). The number depends on the required number of direct input options ( 12 ) (Numbers, alphabet, functions, etc.). In addition, the input can be analogue PDA / MDA display control or circular display input control ( 7 ) respectively. The pushbuttons ( 3.1 ) or the crown ( 3 ) serve as selection switches (single or double pressure). It is also possible a pressure or sensor function on the peripheral ring (round or square) analog iPod (eg with display area in the middle) and joystick as input / control system ( 2 ). The ring switches ( 14 ) can also be used as direct entry / menu keys or sensors with perceived position boundaries ( 11 ) are used.
3:
Eine Stabfeder (8) hält
den Eingabe-/Steuerring (2) mit dem Grundkörper (1)
drehbar verbunden.
Weitere Variante: Ein
Krone) Innenbereich extra absichern. 3 : A stick feather ( 8th ) holds the input / control ring ( 2 ) with the basic body ( 1 ) rotatably connected. The input / control ring ( 2 ) has a uniformly distributed over the circumference and rounded at the top teeth. The end of the bar spring ( 8th ) is anchored in the body, the other has a bow ( 8.a ) on which the rotating bezel ( 2 ) is fixed by the toothing recess in the rotational position (modified Drehhletten principle). This leaves the ring ( 2 ) rotatable in both directions. The rotatable connection can also be achieved via ball bearings, wherein the balls can serve as a switching element and only an existing bow ( 11 ) performs the switching operation. Further variant: A toggle switch ( 6.1 ) with Federaufrichtung is when turning the rotary ring ( 2 ) by the gearing ( 11 ) moves to the left or right and triggers a switching pulse on the corresponding side (a-b). The function can also take over a gear with tight teeth of the input ring. It is also conceivable to use the bar spring as a switch, wherein the bow ( 8a ) through the toothed recess ( 11 ) is pressed down to the left or right (c-d) and triggers the switching process. The switching process can be transmitted via mechanical components or through lines to the interior. The access path is sealed. The position adjustment can be done via software or by another contactor (eg 9b ) respectively. Alternatively, the input / control detection can be performed by arranging n-contact points ( 9a ) over the bezel ring or outer circumference on the main body ( 1 ) or cover body ( 5 ) evenly distributed and synchronized with a toothing, as well as without teeth when using the finger as a contactor ( 9b ), respectively. A contactor ( 9b ) executes the switching state (mechanical, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, thermal sensor / etc. eg I-Drive with finger). Can be used individually attached to the circular or rectangular outer edge touch or thermal sensors, the fin movement over the ring ( 2 ) and not the ring rotation ( 2 ) determines the position movement (iPod) function is triggered by pressing the ring again ( 2 . 9a . 9b ), Pushbuttons ( 3 or 3.1 ) or timer function. A printing position on the ring is determined by marking and can fulfill different functions at a certain point. Various functions can be used in a rotary setting ( 2 ) depending on the pushbutton / print position ( 2 . 3 . 3 ' ) or click / double-click. Of course, different systems can be combined with each other or is the inverse of the arrangements on the main body ( 1 ) and ring ( 2 ) possible. A special input or operating device for actuating sensors is included DE10243223A1 described. In contrast to the ring function, the control element is designed as a disc, has no display / work surface and is tiltably mounted. Otherwise, a meaningful transfer to the input ring is conceivable, with the position being triggered by the closing of a switch group (tilting takes place automatically in the case of corresponding storage due to pressure). In addition, all such known and adapted to the size switching systems can be used. In addition to the rotation control, the buttons / sensors ( 9.a ) are also used on the peripheral ring for direct input. The combination of input ring and direct keys speed up the input considerably. Connections from the outside to the inside are made watertight by known methods and can be protected by a shutdown function of the external electrical contacts (eg via screwed crown) inside area.
Joystick erfolgen. Hier wird die Kronenstange (3) als Kontaktgeber
(9.b) benutzt.
Kontaktsteuerungsring (11')
4 The input of numbers, characters and functions can also be done via a joystick. Here is the crown bar ( 3 ) as a contactor ( 9.b ) used. A contact board / ring ( 9.c ) has at the inner hole edge contacts / switch ( 9.a ) on. The crown bar ( 3 ) is in the contact area spherical or conical ( 9.e ) and closes the contacts ( 9.a ) in the contact ring ( 9.c ) by lateral tilting or circles in the contact ring ( 9.c ). A contact control ring ( 11 ' ) (eg in the switching ring or above) analog 3 ( 11 ) with the switch position in the switching ring ( 9.c ) synchronizes, positions the correct switching point in a circle. As a turning and tilting point is at the end of the crown bar a second slightly larger ball ( 3d ) intended. Is held the crown bar ( 3 ) in a solid plate with a circular hole (or ring so that the ball [ 9.b ] through) by a coil spring ( 3.b ), which against the contact ball / cone ( 9.e ) presses. The spiral spring ( 3.b ) aligns the crown bar ( 3 ) in the middle position of the contact ring ( 9.c ) without circles in the ring ( 9.c ) to hinder. By pressing on the crown, a leaf spring below the fulcrum against a contact switch with pressure point ( 3.e ) and triggers a switching process. After the screwing ( 3.a ) of the crown becomes the ball ( 3.d ) over the leaf spring in a neutral position ( 3.f ). Can be used all known switching and contact triggers, even in a different arrangement, as well as all known joystick systems, adapted to the spatial requirements and sizes.
5 Am
Außenrand
einer rechteckigen Uhr sind Berührungssensoren/Tasten
(9.a) analog der Stundenbezeichnung angebracht.
5 At the outer edge of a rectangular clock are touch sensors / buttons ( 9.a ) analogous to the hour designation. The switching process is carried out by touching the sensor / button with the finger as contactor ( 9.b ).
Drehsteuerungserfassung. Die einzelnen Kontakttasten (9.a)
= 10 + 2 Funktionseingaben z.B. 12, Tastaturabbildung z.B.
48. Durch ein Eingabe-/Steuerungssystem (2, 3') wird eine
Schaltfolge programmgemäß in Bewegung
gesetzt und der Basisumfangsfläche
(z.B. Kreis) zugeordneten und in Bewegungsschritten der Eingabefunktionen
umgesetzt.
bzw. Teilskala als beidseitiges Laufband (7'a) angezeigt werden. Über Auswahlmenüs (7'a, 7.a usw.)
(z.B.: 0 – 9
+ 2FN) ausgelegt die den positionierten Schaltern/Kontakten (9.a)
am Ring (2) zugeordnet ist. Möglich ist auch eine kleinere
Anzahl, d.h. von mind. 8 Kontakten, die x-x, y-y und die Diagonalenposition
bzw. größere feinere
Einteilungen (z.B. schrittlose Mouse). Die Auswahl kann bei einer bekannten
Position beginnen (z.B. Drehlünette
d. Abspeicherung) oder durch einen Kontaktgeber (9.b, 9.e)
positioniert (z.B. Joystickbewegung) werden. Menüabhängig wird ein Kontaktpunkt
(11, 9.a) einer Funktion (7.a) zugeordnet
(z.B. = 1). Bei einem 8 Kontakten-System bei Zugrundelegung der
12-Std.
gegen Uhrzeigersinn 1, *, # usw. angezeigt. Wird eine Funktion
z.B. „1" erreicht, erfolgt
Tastatur e ← :
d, c, a bzw. → f,
g, h usw.). bzw. 1. Skala/Menü (7'a oder 7.a).
Ein größerer Funktionsbedarf,
z.B. Alphabet bedarf einer größeren Kontaktpunkteanzahl
(11, 9.a) am Eingabering (2, 9.c)
oder die programmgesteuerte Anordnung mehrerer hintereinander liegender
Menüebenen.
So könnte
Kontaktanordnungen (9.a, 11) bei längerer Skala
erfordert, daß die
Drehfunktion über
360° hinaus geführt wird
oder die Kontaktaufteilung (9.a, 11) enger gewählt wird.
Bei feinerer Anordnung der Steuervorrichtung (2, 3', 14)
wird bei kürzerer
Auswahlskala die Auswahl öfters
wiederholt (Laufbandprinzip). Anzeige erfolgt als Voll oder Bandteilskala
im Fenster (7.c).The sliding of the finger on the peripheral ring generates the simulation of the rotational movement. Sensible contact distance limiters ( 11 ) (eg points) on the edge circumference position the finger as a contactor ( 9.a ) when the contact is triggered. A well-known touch-screen version with 6 keys (Tissot) is well applicable, if at least 8 sensors / buttons are better placed under the glass, a bezel is omitted and the glass area up to the circumference of the body ( 1 ) goes out. The arrangement of 12 buttons ( 9.a ) distributed over the circumference (bezel or under the watch glass), allows a good operation of the keys and fluid rotation control detection. The individual contact buttons ( 9.a ) can be used as direct numbers or menu functions, circular entries, as well as combinations of these variants. The decision as to whether a direct key function is executed or a simulation of the rotational movement depends on the menu function and the speed of the continuous switching sequence. If a key / sensor is closed, the preselection takes place, if within a short period of time after opening the contact not one of the adjacent contacts is actuated, the position and the selection is made, otherwise a scrolling function in the corresponding direction of the default scale ( 7 .). The same arrangement principle is also applicable to round and oval bodies. A method for data input, based on a tiltable turntable, is at DE10243223A1 described. The input / control systems ( 2 . 3 ' ) simplify the input process and increase the work surface area on smaller devices. Otherwise, the procedure can DE10243223A1 be used analog or refined. The use of the circular input method and the generation of input data from a linear scale is otherwise known (label tapes and computer software). The input / control device ( 2 ) can be performed as a rotary bezel, joystick, or sensors / key arrangement on the perimeter or as a combination of these systems. For data entry, the basis is the n-fold equi-angular division ( 11 . 9.a . 14 ) of the imaginary full circle. Each split point is assigned a switching function. The number of Functions is variable and can vary from requirement to requirement. For number entry 0 - 9 = 10 + 2 function entries eg 12 , Keyboard mapping eg 48. By an input / control system ( 2 . 3 ' ), a switching sequence is set according to the program in motion and assigned to the basic peripheral surface (eg circle) and implemented in movement steps of the input functions. Once the desired input functions have been achieved, the input is executed by a confirmation function (key, click, etc.). The display of the input data can be done on the display as circle, arc, linear and rectangular and as a full scale ( 7.a ) or partial scale as a two-sided treadmill ( 7a ' ) are displayed. Via selection menus ( 7a ' . 7.a etc.), various function menus or display scales can be nested. Only the current menu or several menus in different representations can be displayed at the same time. The simplest basis is hourly marking (imprinted for the user and designed for 12 direct functions (eg: 0 - 9 + 2FN) which are designed for the positioned switches / contacts ( 9.a ) on the ring ( 2 ) assigned. Also possible is a smaller number, ie of at least 8 contacts, the xx, yy and the diagonal position or larger finer divisions (eg, stepless mouse). The selection can start at a known position (eg rotating bezel of the storage) or by a contactor ( 9.b . 9.e ) (eg joystick movement). Depending on the menu, a contact point ( 11 . 9.a ) of a function ( 7.a ) (eg = 1). In an 8-contact system based on the 12-hr. Clock scale, the "1" can not be reached directly, the contact would move to a position on the menu ring ( 7.a ) between 1 and 2. Assuming the program shows 2, turning the contactor ( 9.e . 9.b . 11 ) counterclockwise 1 , *, # etc. displayed. If a function eg "1" is reached, the selection or the activation of the third one takes place by confirmation (key, click etc.). 7.c eg: keyboard e ←: d, c, a resp. → f, g, h etc.). or 1st scale / menu ( 7a ' or 7.a ). A larger functional requirement, eg alphabet requires a larger number of contact points ( 11 . 9.a ) at the input ring ( 2 . 9.c ) or the program-controlled arrangement of several successive menu levels. So for the alphabet and 12-division of the input ring ( 2 ) A, B, C at the same angular position, by pressing another key (or double-clicking) the 2 subsequent scale levels are switched. If input systems are interleaved, the input functions are also displayed accordingly. Shorter pitches have the advantage of allowing a greater number of direct functions (eg, rotating bezel), but the disadvantage of inaccurate positioning or the longer rotational travel. Coarser contact arrangements ( 9.a . 11 ) on a longer scale requires that the rotation function be performed beyond 360 ° or the contact division ( 9.a . 11 ) is narrower. With a finer arrangement of the control device ( 2 . 3 ' . 14 ), the selection is repeated more often with a shorter selection scale (treadmill principle). Displayed as full or band scale in the window ( 7.c ).

Also conceivable is the use of the device ( 4.a ) as a remote key (eg car, garage, ATM, Internet, etc.) In this case, the base body own ground cover or through the lower body ( 4.a ) are closed. Of course, battery or remote key can also be integrated in the main body or in the bracelet closure. The detachable connection ( 4.d ), Basic body ( 1 ) - Lower body ( 4.a ), depending on requirements by folding, sliding, wedge fasteners bayonet / quick release and screw connection (eg, such as waterproof clock base cover) are executed and adapt to excess length of the watch form or wrist joint shape. The lower body can be keys ( 3.2 ) for opening and closing with remote key function. Between the main body ( 1 ) and the lower body ( 4.a ) the chip card reader ( 17 ) and the supply contacts (battery / electronics) are attached. Charging contacts ( 15 ' ) are in the side area, for example bracelet ( 4.c ) or via a plug connection ( 15 ). Also conceivable is a lateral insertion device for smart cards. The plug-in connection can be used as a bend-proof USB plug ( 15 ). At the lock box ( 16 ) rigid and open on one side, the bracelet is rotatably attached. Contacts, eg charging interface, can also be attached elsewhere on the wrist unit and on the model (see 15 ' ). The accommodation of the additional components can be achieved by enlarging the basic body ( 1a ) in width / length / height. Borders are optically set if the wrist device differs greatly from the appearance and size of a wristwatch. The bracelet area ( 4.b ) is adapted as needed on one side / on both sides rigid or as a rigid support frame of Arms bulging and with connection contacts ( 4c ) with the basic body ( 1 ) and Restarmband / Verschluss ( 0.b ) rotatably connected. Multi-pole rotary contact connections ( 4.c ) are known (cell phone, computer, etc.), but should be carried out in a water-tight insulated manner. In the partial or total bracelet ( 0 ), further components ( 4.b ) (Battery, antenna, USB, etc.) inconspicuously integrated. All external contacts (water influence) are made waterproof to the interior if required and protected by an internal switching function (OFF / ON) of the power supply (eg via a clock crown). The locking mechanism ( 0.a ) of the tape can be realized by one of the known methods with Längenveränderungsmöglichkeit.
linear ansteigenden Zeitkomponente (TT.MM.JJJJ, HH.MM.SS).
In the wrist unit ( 1 . 0 ) components such as computer, interface ( 16 ), Input / control systems ( 2 . 3 ' ,) or buttons ( 14 . 3 .), Timekeeping System (Std. And Date), or Radio Clock Device provide a special electronic key for generating a secure transmission / access code based on the linearly increasing time component (DD.MM.YYYY, HH.MM.SS). The basis is the well-known password method, extended by a function equation which uses the continuous time component for encryption as a basis. There are a lot of equation possibilities in which further constants known to the authorized parties (eg time shift) can be used. The user receives a function equation or program (eg IC card, Internet, post etc.), ID access password and, if required, an ID code from a provider / manufacturer / access checker etc. The program / function equation is applied to the wrist unit ( 1 ). Followed by the bracelet device ( 1 ) = Client and the access controller = server. By placing an extra key or by selecting a menu, the function is triggered. For a simple access opening eg garage, door, etc., send the right with the opening code (or OPEN / CLOSE codes). In the auto key function, the client determines key press ( 3.2 ) the current time component. With the stored ID code via the time function equation / program, the client creates an encrypted code and sends the code to the server. The server can receive the transmission code, knows the time function equation, ID code and the time. Thus, it is capable of judging transmission code and controlling the opening / closing mechanism. A feedback / signal informs the client about the status (eg closed / open). Depending on the type of equation and the shortness of the agreed period of time (eg 20 seconds or 1 minute due to the inaccuracy of the clock or airtime), only one access code will be accepted for the double period. The timers client / server are automatically set correctly manually or via a radio clock.
Der
erweiterte Zugangsverfahren (z.B. Geldautomat, Internet) bedarf
an. Der Server verlangt das ID-Passwort. Dann startet der Benutzer mit
der Key-Taste (3.2) das Programm/Funktionsgleichung. Client
verlangt vom Benutzer die Eingabe des Passwortes! Alphanumerische
ID-Passwörter
werden durch einen bekannten Code (z.B. ASCII) in numerischen Ziffern
Wechsel ID-Passwort/Funktionsgleichung. Die Funktionsgleichung kann
in abständen,
The extended access procedure (eg ATM, Internet) requires the use of the ID code and the ID password. The user logs into the server directly or via client with the ID code (with or without encryption). The server requires the ID password. Then the user starts with the key ( 3.2 ) the program / function equation. Client requires the user to enter the password! Alphanumeric ID passwords are decomposed by a known code (eg ASCII) in numerical digits before the time encryption and decrypted accordingly at the server. As already described, the client encrypts the ID password according to the function equation with the time component and sends it directly or by pressing a key key ( 3.2 ) to the server (eg ATM) or to the computer with the Internet connection. The test result may be the ID password or a period of time. During the time span it is checked whether the result time span ⇐ is the agreed time span. The access grant or a user known confirmation (eg x-birthday, amount of money, etc.) confirms the authenticity of the connection. Since each encryption key is valid only once in a period of time and each new time period generates a new code, a one-time catch of the code is worthless. A long series of transmission codes could theoretically only lead to the decryption of the ID password. However, the correct response tells the user the correct server, otherwise the ID password / function equation is changed. The function equation can be exchanged in intervals by downloading a new one from the server. As usual, the server blocks access for three incorrect attempts. The unlocking takes place according to the known methods, eg TAN code with encryption (eg New time function equation / ID password). In the case of deviating time zones, the client supplies the transmission code via the function equation with the server time. It is also conceivable to integrate the function equation time in the transmission code (eg transmission code, MMSS). The advantage of indirect input via a client is that the password can not simply be spied on. Advantage of time encryption is a second unknown (equation of time) and the uniqueness of the transmission code. In addition, the wrist unit ( 1 . 0 ) via a password-secured area for storing multiple ID code and other data. About the wrist unit ( 1 . 0 ) With the electronic bowl, all access systems can be safely controlled from door access control, customer cards to ATMs, to the Internet with one device. Even an integrated fingerprint scanner on the wrist unit ( 1 . 0 ) becomes safer by the electronic bowl method.
