Abstract

Description

Für die Rauch- und Wärmeabführung im Brandfall sind für bestimmte Gebäudearten sogenannte Rauch- und Wärmeabzugsanlagen vorgeschrieben. Ein wesentlicher Bestandteil dieser Anlagen ist vor allem die Abzugsklappe (1) im Deckenbereich. Ein wichtiger Aspekt bei diesen Klappen ist die aerodynamische Wirkung. Das bedeutet, dass die Abzugsklappe (1) bei einer bestimmten Größe, einer bestimmten Öffnungsweite des Flügels (2), und einer bestimmten Einbaulage auf dem Dach einen möglichst guten Wirkungsgrad haben sollte. Dies ist deshalb wichtig da gesetzliche Forderungen für einen bestimmten Gebäudebereich eine definierte aerodynamisch wirksame Öffnungsfläche vorschreiben. Je nach Wirkungsgrad der Klappen (1) müssen hier entsprechend viele solcher Anlagen eingebaut werden. Klappensysteme mit einem besonders guten Wirkungsgrad sind durch einen hohen Aufsatzkranz, durch eine sehr große Öffnungsweite und durch das Vorhandensein von Windleitwänden (3) gekennzeichnet. Diese Ausführung ist natürlich bei den Architekten bei der Konzeption eines Glasdaches nicht tragbar. Hier sollen die Abzugsklappen (1) möglichst flach sein, es sollen natürlich auch keine nach oben überstehende Windleitwände (3) vorhanden sein, und die Öffnungsweiten sollen ebenfalls kleiner sein um kleinere Motoren (4) einbauen zu können. Diese Ausführung hat den gravierenden Nachteile das der Wirkungsgrad sehr schlecht ist. Dies kann dann nur durch den Einbau von zusätzlichen Klappen (1) ausgeglichen werden. Unser Erfindung löst dieses Problem folgendermaßen:
Die Ausführung der RWA-Abzugsklappe (1) entspricht äußerlich der eines Lüftungsflügels für Glasdächer, und besitzt im geschlossenen Zustand keine sichtbaren bzw. nach oben stehenden Windleitwände (3). Wird der RWA-Flügel (2) geöffnet klappen oder schwenken mittels einer Zwangssteuerung an den Seiten bzw. an der Vorderseite Windleitwände (3) heraus die bei Seitenwind die aerodynamische Wirkung der RWA-Klappe (1) verbessern. Diese zusätzlichen Bleche (3) sind an der Innenseite der Rahmenprofile (5) angeordnet, oder können aber auch in einer Zwischenkammer untergebracht sein damit sie auch von innen nicht sichtbar sind. Diese Bleche (3) können entweder durch Gelenke (6) (5) oder Längsführungen (7) (3 und 4) nach oben herausgefahren oder herausgeschwenkt werden. Die Bleche (3) können einteilig oder auch mehrteilig ausgeführt sein. Durch entsprechende Anordnung und Höhe der Windleitwände (3) kann die Funktion besonders bei Seitenwind wesentlich verbessert werden.
